I'll start with the conclusion:

Forget about outcomes. Get yourself out there and do the things that light your fire. Women (and sex) will come along.

If you watch some RSD videos out there, you'll realize these guys are just always focused on having a great time. Freeing yourself from the "I'm going to have sex tonight" mentality takes away the pressure and anxiety that comes along with it.

You can take pickup and make it a response-based how-to guide. A cook book on what-to-do-next. However pickup is not for you to become a robot, but a whole, better self with goals in life. Once you drop the pressure for success, the energy you project in your interactions are relaxed and therefore attractive: "why is this guy not nervous and thirsty like the others?".

Which brings me to the sex topic. Again, pickup isn't a formula to trick women into bed. It's a continuous work on yourself to help you have an awesome time with a woman who finds you interesting enough to have an awesome time with you. If that leads to bed and you're both down, awesome.

So many men are focused on outcome (sex, most of the time), that they blow their actual chances of making it happen. They do things great until they have to escalate to sex and then they act needy or butthurt if the girl doesn't want to have sex.

This is why I can't stress enough the importance of inner game.

Forget about the freaking sex. If she doesn't want it, cool. If blows you away on the approach, cool. If she goes with another guy, great! Go find another person who wants to spend time with you. There are plenty of them out there!

Also, get rid of one-itis as soon as you feel it knocking on your door.
