I got myself into and out of a relationship with my ex for the fourth or fifth time. We broke up two weeks later. I have some thoughts towards relationshits for you now.

People say relationships kills games. This is only partially true though, because it's not the relationship that kills our game, it's ourselves. When we get involved with another person intimately, we decide, for ourselves and for the best of the relationship, that we should drop certain habits. These habits are often tied in with gaming other women.

We drop these habits because we consider them poisonous to our newly-formed relationship... but often, they are far less venomous than we think. What is more destructive is us not being real. Our nature is to be social. Relationships often push us otherwise in the social aspect of things because they restrain us from certain social aspects.

It's funny, though. I broke up with my ex because I felt she was emotionally cheating on me. She was seeing another guy, who she clearly had feelings for. Instead of doing the logical thing and dumping her on the spot, I tried to patch a hole in our sinking boat by telling her not to see this guy anymore. Bad idea, right?

Needless to say, our relationship only floated for a few more days. She just wasn't that into me. I could blame a million things - her, the guy, society, but the one thing I can now state is that I was to blame.

I cheated on her. I didn't do it to spite. I was fully sober when I did it. I did it while I was at work. I made out with a girl while I was going door-to-door and I told my ex all about it while we had a discussion about our relationshit at a subway station.

Guess what? We both laughed the entire relationship off. As soon as I started acting indifferent, she was attracted to me all over again! It was a fucked up relationship story but when we took a look at it from the outside, it was hilarious. It was one big circle of problems. I was the first to laugh it off and I felt naturally inclined to be alpha as fuck. "We're never going to date again after this!" "This is like an episode from a sitcom!" "You are horrible, you know that?" were words I clearly remembered saying. She aired to me that she was becoming attracted to me all over again, and that I should always act this way. She also said, yup, I shouldn't be in a relationship because it restrains me too much.

So the moral of this story, Seddit? Be true to yourself in any situation. Relationships aren't an excuse to stop gaming women. EDIT: By gaming women, as expressed in my next sentence, I mean picking up ladies without the intention of fucking. I mean keeping to your own game. The goal of Seduction might be to seduce but that does not mean it has to be your goal. Finding women to hang out with on a lonely night at a coffee shop will likely not make your girlfriend jealous. Picking up women does not necessarily imply you are going to fuck them within the next week.
