Look, I'll say this much. I'm 167. If I were given the opportunity to be taller, I'd take it. But having said that, it's just playing life on hard mode. I have dated some down right gorgeous women and it's due to the strength of my character and resolve. It will always be something at the back of your mind, but there are so many people out there that will value everything other than your height that the only limiting factor in forming a connection with those people will be your own sense of inadequacy.

And I don't want to patronize you. I've been there. I've had girls reject me because I don't meet their requirement for how tall a man should be. But I've rejected women on grounds that are just as shallow. At the end of the day, that's the hand you've been dealt and your job is to play it to the best of your ability. Work out, be funny, be educated, be interesting. After that, let the chips fall where they may.

Sadly, the general concensus among a lot of my more attractive female friends is that if you aren't at least 6 feet tall, you can fuck right off. (I'm 5'9")

But whatever, ignore them, it's not like you can change your height, and it's not like women are ubiquitously shallow.

You can get in better shape, work on yourself, pursue useful talents, and most of all don't let perceived imperfections get to you, especially ones you can't do anything about.

Don't worry about it. I'm also short, can't change my height and neither can you. Hasn't stopped me. Girls (or anyone for that matter) who even after having gotten to know you and still make your height as their deal-breaker aren't worth pursuing.

Instead, be awesome in another way. Be curious about the world, take life lightly, seek out learning, have passions for things. You'll be a generally better person for it, and that's the most attractive quality of all. Work on those things first and the attention comes after.

There is an exceptionally short man I work with, probably about 159.. On top of that he's overweight. His charisma and ability to dictate the flow of conversation in the room saw that I went from thinking 'how unfortunate for him' to 'why can't I be more like him' very quickly. I understand he does quite well with the ladies, and he's a legitimately likeable guy.

Focus on a pursuit and become great at it.... girls like talent and money and humor.

Become a musician and start playing live or offer girls you meet to listen some recordings of you playing.... or get a good career that makes a lot of dough... work on your confidence no matter how many don't take the bait.

Ultimately... you only have attract one good one... if that meets your goals.

I know it isn't the norm, but I seem to exclusively date shorter guys. I think it just comes down to the girls personal preference. Some girls don't like shorter guys, but there are plenty of girls that enjoy it.

It's a disadvantage, but you can't really change anything other than lifting more, dressing better, getting more status (more friends etc), and getting richer.

Maybe look at your target market. Avoid clubs (heels and plenty of tall good looking young guys, and a place where looks reign supreme), go for places where there are shorter girls, etc.

This is just a limiting belief you have. One of my best friends is even shorter than you. He has fucked more than 100 girls. The guy is a boss. You know why?
