Well, you're face to face interactions are where you should be building attraction. Words on a screen aren't going to have the same potency as person-to-person flirting.

That said, you can convey interest building on your previous conversations with the girl. Being subtle is overrated, as long as you don't text "Ay gurl want sum fuk?", showing romantic interest works in your favour.

Build a little rapport by sending her high-value texts that don't necessarily require a response from her.

Example: I got a date with the girl I'm currently seeing by sending her pictures of cool shit I was doing, and making jokes about her based on our previous encounter. She responded well to this in person, and this continued by text.

After no more than four messages I said "Okay, this is all well and good, but I'd much prefer to do this in person. Let's do this over a glass of wine." No way she could misinterpret that.

I wrapped up with a comment on what I found attractive about her as well. "You have this sexy nerd thing going on that I find intriguing."

I think we should backtrack by one step and ask why you care to let her know that in the first place. Honestly, relationships advance at their own organic pace based on the way you two are doing the tango. The way she sees you after all that plus her own personal tastes will result in her wanting to be more than friends or not.

You'll hopefully be able to see how the conversation is going, how she looks at you, etc. how things are developing and then you can play it by ear on when to make a more concrete move that confirms your suspicion,, like going in for a kiss.

Just say stuff. Don't be afraid. It shows you don't care if she stops talking to you. BUT don't be a fucking weirdo. As soon as she gets the vibe she'll start respond appropriately.

Also it STRONGLY depends on the mood you established when you first met her. I could think of a few girls I could text like this:

Girl: I am by the pool blah You: Invite me, you better be wearing a nice swimsuit

Make it clear in person. Be honest with your behavior and body language. You shouldn't need to say it explicitly, but in some cases you need to clear up her doubt, or pull away from a conflict of interest.

Side note, in my experience excessive texting tends to give off the "friend" vibe, regardless of content. I know times are changing, but I'd try to move through the text flirting phase (when it's necessary) and into the physical presence phase pretty quickly.

Just talk to her and listen to her responses carefully. Talk to her like a man, don't be her gay shopping buddy. That means the moment she starts talking about her ex or girl talk, change the subject. Flirting isn't about sex talk its about communication and establishing a "link".

Similar to what Woujo said, you're barking up the wrong tree here.

Physical escalation in person is how you make it clear that you see her as more than a friend. If you try to do this over text, it's creepy and awkward.

Like text game is straight up flirting, but somethings women may not like it.

Some things that the women may like....... you're basically referring to trying to escalate over text. Which is not how you do it. You do it in person. Then you can get dirty over text after you've already had sex, but by then you don't need dirty texts if what you really want is dirty stuff in person.

So how do I go about casual and fun normal conversations like I would but add it the subtle "Yes, I want to be more than just friends".

How you go about it, is to move the interaction into something more in person. As Woujo said, you invite the girl out to spend time with her.

And I know the sidebar can seem like a lot, but this shit isn't magic. If you REALLY want to learn as much as you can, why would you balk at the opportunity to learn from all the stuff over there? Just get your ass over there and start picking away at it. You don't have to finish it all in 5 minutes. Just soak it in over a week or two. No hurry.
