Depends on the girl. The way she was raised and how you as a man behave. If you act desperate, and let her walk all over you the chance is definitely higher that she might cheat or leave you altogether.

Women simply have much more options than the average dude.

This is a random thing to worry about. To me everybody is capable of cheating, some more likely than others. The girl who never goes out and keeps to herself is less likely to cheat but one day someone can sweep her through her feet and in a vulnerable moment can cheat.

It's all about probability and if you are ok with certain behaviors. Certain behaviors make it more likely for someone to cheat (guy or girl). If the person is always putting htemselves in position where something can happen then its cause for concern. Whether that's grinding on people, letting girls/guys get too close. Sure they may think "what's the harm if nothing is going to happen?". But then one drunken moment and they do something stupid. You say this girl is getting chatted up by guys, she might just like the attention but that doesnt mean she will cheat. She might be single and just doing what single people do and chat up with others. Even if she wasnt, it's nice getting complimented by others just as long as you dont let it get too far and inappropriate contact happens.

Our brains scream red flags when we see certain behaviors so even if cheating didnt happen, we get worried because we want to avoid the situation of being cheated on. So if your girl (or guy) is just flirting with everybody and doing whatever they please (bascially acting single) even if cheating doesnt happen it is cause for concern because we never want to be in a situation where someone tells us "dude she was flirting with every guy and letting them get close. What did you think was going to happen?"

So there is not an exact answer to your question. You will never know. The girl that gets all the guys attention might be the girl that never cheats on her bf because she knows better and assumes every guy wants to do her while the quiet nice girl might be the girl who easily gets in a situation because she assumes guys are just trying to befriend her. Same could happen in reverse.

Girls are very likely to cheat because that is how they naturally operate. They can love you and still cheat on you just because she thought some guy was hot.

The only way a girl won't cheat is if she respects her man enough to consciously suppress her naturally occurring shiny new object syndrome.

This is why it is more important for a man to love his woman than to respect her, and it is more important for a woman to respect her man than to love him.

The average westernized girl is on average more likely to cheat than a traditional girl. As a man you’ll need to be the judge of that. Look into values and environment she was raised; are parents divorced/separated, any past trauma ie rape or SA; any mental health conditions; religiousness; previous cheaters more likely to cheat etc. also, you & the person need to establish what constitutes as cheating; varies between people

To make a girl cheat with you, you must be significantly more attractive then her boyfriend, including looks and status. But even then, it depends on the girl and her situation.
