Having a fresh cut is always a plus, In some cases, a huge plus. It is always much better to look put together, stylish and clean as a man.

Can you pull girls looking like shit? Yes but you need mad game or that needs to be your 'style' and she's into that. But better overrall just to always be clean and presentable.

You know those women who always ask people’s opinion if their nose is too big, their hair is too short? Yeah, don’t be like them. Because they incorrectly assume that people care as much as they do. We don’t even know what’s wrong until they point it out, so it’s not even noticeable.

Different strokes for different folks. I have long hair past my shoulders. It’s definitely a look but I honestly don’t get much attention for it, just the occasional comment on how long it is. The girls who like it though absolutely love it

It's just 'marketing' (influence). If you market yourself as a great product (through making them feel good and pointing their selective focus in a partciular direction), people buy in; if you don't do anything, wait for them to form their own opinion and impose it on you, you're 'value' is being dictated.
