The biggest keys:

Stay in set. Don’t leave the set even for two seconds. Nightclubs have enough distractions. She can and will have fun doing something or someone else.
You need to win over all her friends. They should tacitly approve her sleeping with you. They need to on some level also be attracted to you. You should be fun to be around.
You need to understand how to overcome objections and navigate logistics. She may say she can’t leave with you for x,y,z reasons. You need to think on your toes and lead her to your bedroom.

When you get there you basically approach a girl, introduce yourself, banter for just a minute, then excuse yourself, find another girl and repeat, keep going around doing quick approaches as many as you can, then come back to the first girl and spit more game quick, it'll be easier this time since you already vibed, then move on to the second girl again, etc., going around in a circle. They'll get more comfortable around you since it'll feel like you guys have had multiple interactions.

Finally, logistics ... the difference between boys and men are finding out the target and groups logistics. - if the target has to wake up in 5am to catch a flight ... the probability is low for same night lay. Good news: you’ve already solved the hardest part. Overt game getting traction means your fundamentals are working. Same night pulls are almost entirely a logistics problem from here.

The question you need to ask early, right after you’ve hooked her attention, is some version of “so what’s the story tonight, what brings you ladies out?” Casual, curious, not interrogating. That one question tells you everything.

You need to be slick AF and let her come up with the idea 'all on her own'. Then flip it around and you be the one with the objections that she needs to overcome.

She needs to want to sleep with you more than you want to sleep with her.

She needs to win. You need to be a prize without telling her you are. She need to come up with that conclusion on her own. You just need to help her get there.

Could be your value at the venue: you know people and they respect you. All the girl like you and want your prescence around them.

Could be just verbal game, like what do girls say when they play hard to get?

"All these girls around here want to take me home, why would I choose you?"

"I know you want to take me home with you but you live in like.... will you help me get home tomorrow?"

Working on your game can definitely be tricky so u gotta find the sweet spot that you are going for and get a ton of reps to get proof of concept. Your saying that most of the time girls have friends around and that is completely true so u gotta find ways around that whether you bring you own friends to talk to her or what I typically do is start a conversation with all of them and single the pretty one out. My best advice is trying the app Shawty that gives direct insights into your approaches and helps you improve your game quicker and now im pretty much able to succeed on any given night
