The ability to get a girl for one night is not the same ability to keep a girl. To keep a girl requires value, that’s why your game has to be intrinsic with who you are. It comes down to frames if your gonna pick PUA theory to explain stuff, if you treat her like a girlfriend and she’s interested she will adopt the frame.

Look at yourself bro. What is it about you that isn't attracting the right kind of girls? Are you a fun interesting person that is doing something with your life? Are you a good person with a good mental foundation? Or are you just another regular boring guy that does the same shit every weekend and really doesn't have anything going on. The fact that you don't seem happy without an awesome girl really says a lot about you. My guess is that even if you found the perfect girl you would fuck it up because you arnt a complete person in your own. Take some time to read and do some soul searching for a while. Well, seduction itself should apply to either context, it's just about the target audience.

If you're going out to clubs and bullshitting with one night stands always what do you expect...it's a one night stand.

Go on some dating apps, post good pictures, honest profile and have a conversation or two with appropriate amount of escalation.

If you are at all together and socially confident/comfortable with decent pictures showing you go out, have friends, are clean cut...then you will get dates and can progress from there quickly.

Oh and also, just don't try to fuck or do anything but maybe some minor kissing on the first date. If you escalate further you aren't getting anything but a one night stand at best from almost anyone, other than very desperate people whom will not be a good fit later on anyway.

Develop qualities a worthwhile woman would want. Game is only a small part of it. Start hitting the gym and getting some muscle on you. Start volunteering. Start developing some altruistic qualities ( number one thing women say they want)
Take some massage classes. Have interests other than playing video games, become more interesting as a person. Pray, meditate, workout. Like attracts like in the universe. The answer has always been within you.

Move on. She’s a low quality girl if she’s going to be immature about it. Learn to screen women better and be more choosey instead of just looks like most guys do. Join fun recreation leagues. Co ed softball, volleyball, soccer, etc...Try volunteering in a few different places like an animal shelter, or some non profit or something like that. It doesn’t have to be wiping old people asses. I volunteer as a ski patroller at my local ski hill and have met a lot of people.

If you don’t want a bar skank you’ll have to look elsewhere, and go out on a limb to meet some new people.

Read models, it's a phenomenal book and it'll change the way you approach dating. I understand your frustration, but you can't put negative things like that out there or you won't get results. Demographics: where are you meeting women? This is huge in what type of women you are looking for. What do you love to do? Find something that you and women can have in common and go from there. That statement is so vague, you already started having hookups with girls, some of us don't, so we have to start doing something about it. That being said, you already complete a good chunk of that road.

Now about the quality of girls is another thing, like other redditors said, maybe you're not looking for the right target though. That depends on which environment are you approaching those girls, correct me if i'm wrong, but if you're hooking up in a club, the quality of women who wants a serious relationship are low compared with approaching girls on the street going to work/a coffee shop/library/meetups and stuff like that.

Escalate in steps forward and back all the way to sex or keep it very small and exit leaving her wanting more and not giving her something to think too much about after the fact and regret...or break these rules and get these or similar results.

In 2018 they dont exist. Every girl under 30 is brainwashed to idolize the hook up lifestyle and alcohol and drugs. They all listen to rap too so they have a degenerate mindset from the beginning. Women are mostly rotten to the core in the west, thanks to how society treats them now a days. That doesnt mean there are NOT any good girls out there, you just need to keep looking, simple as that. If you want to make your life easier, i suggest you move or visit a place where a woman´s behaviour still have consequences ( like for example: if she abandon her husband her family will shame her, is she dresses like a slut she ll be called out a slut etc).
