This is going to be a long read. I figured now would be a good time to post this particular story because I'm in need of a little (okay, a lot) of feedback. I've already talked briefly with TofuTofu about this, but I'm curious as to what the rest of the community thinks. I'm up way late, and kind of sleep deprived.

Last summer, I was browsing the music and DVD section of a close-by Barnes and Noble. My family and I go to North Carolina in the summers, to the beach. I enjoy it thoroughly--the women, the surfing, and the food. I'm unkempt and unshaven, it's a rainy day, and I'm just looking for a good flick to stay in and watch. I end up picking Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, one of my favorites.

I walk up to the counter, and right before my eyes is one of the most beautiful girls I had ever seen. I'm talking beyond the HB scale--my perfect girl, physically. Short. Dark, wavy hair. Some freckles. Quirky style. A pixie-perfect face. I was honestly taken aback by her appearance. Immediately after recovering and gathering myself, I get into state and start gaming her. Things are going wonderfully. I find out that she's a film major, like I'll be. She loved the movie I chose. We spoke for about 15 minutes, and then I left.

The next Friday, I head over to the same Barnes and Noble music and video section. This time, I figured she'd be there, so I dressed nice and picked out a movie that I knew we'd be able to talk about. Before leaving, I ask her out. She says yes.

So our date night rolls around. It's a gorgeous night. We ended up going for a walk on the boardwalk and watched a movie on the pier's screen. I felt great the entire night, everything I said was money and by the end of the night my arm was around her. I was walking her home.

Before dropping her off, I make sure to schedule another date. She agrees, we hug, and she walks in to her apartment (she's was a college freshman at the time). I felt pretty good.

Our second date. Another wonderful night. I take her out for shrimp and we end up sitting on the beach, just talking. For hours. I had one of the most memorable nights of my entire life. Never in my life have I ever been so captivated by someone. I finally got the k-close.

Her and I went out a few other times over that summer. I picked up a few other girls that summer too, but none of them held a candle to this girl. Not even a match. I left at the end of the summer, and her and I kind of lost contact--but she was always in the back of my mind, for sure.

I graduated a bit ago, and recently, out of nowhere, she adds me on Facebook.

Then I started thinking about her. A lot. So much so that I lost motivation to go out and meet other girls in my last few weeks in my hometown. She sent me a message. Nothing special, just small talk. She was wondering if I was coming to visit again... She's single.

I just texted her.

FABIO: Fuck this. Let's run away together.

HER: Great idea. I'm thinking... Texas?

FABIO: Texas? Only steers and queers come from Texas. I'm thinking... Seattle.

HER: Haha (:

FABIO: It's so cute that you think I'm joking. Pack up. We're leaving in a week.

Just a little fun, but I almost felt like I was being more serious than she thought I was. And this is why this is fucked up right now. I've never felt like this, boys. I don't know what to do.

I'll be leaving for Carolina in about a week and a half from now. I'm nervous. Here on r/seduction, we always talk about 'creating a connection with someone'. I feel like this is it. But I'm young, and in my fucking prime. I don't want to squander my golden years but I can't help but feeling like this girl isn't just 'another girl'.

Sure, I know all about abundance theory and all the old sayings, but I feel like a man possessed--almost like that shit doesn't matter right now.

Help. What would you do in this situation? Have any of you been in a similar situation before?
