Play it off cool. You were just talking. They don't know your intentions and you don't ultimately know theirs. They're more likely to step-up and compete with each other over you in different ways than to stop talking to you. It might only go that way if you were chatting up a whole group of preexisting friends but not unaffiliated women. You'll be fine, and this is probably good for you. Make sure not to pay anyone extra special attention for no reason. You didn't invite them on a date. You invited them to a party. While they will deal with competition, treating them as if you merely invited them for attention without them having any real chance is a dick move.

Also, keep in mind that there's no way all 10 will show, though I'm interested in details.

Nothing better to solidify a woman's attention than to show her other women are interested in you too. That adds to your worth in their eyes. Also, you have a built in excuse, you are the host so you HAVE to talk to all of them equally and not show favorites. You can then find out which ones are jealous, interested, etc. Personally I think it's a good thing.

Sounds like you have a grand total of 10 girls (6 acquaintances, 4 casually dating you).

Here's what I'd do:

The 6 you're just flirting with, don't stress over unless you want to start casually dating them too. But from what you've said about the situation I would say don't worry, let them come through.

As for the other four, unless you don't give a shit about them cutting you off or being a dick to them, you should make a change of plans with two of them.

Text two of them that you don't wanna fuck things up with and something about not wanting them in a party setting, say something about wanting to just have some alone time with them. Schedule one for after the party if possible, and the other for brunch the next day.

As for the two coming to the party, that happened to me once. I had two girls in different sororities come and I had to pull some Mrs. Doubtfire shit and managed to pull it off:

What I did was tell one girl to show up a little earlier than the other. I hung out with her first, kept walking off to condition her to not be clingy at the party. Then I introduced her to some wing men who kept chatting her up all night, danced with her, etc. when the other girl came I hung out with her for a few minutes then did the exact same shit. At one point I saw them both at the bar chatting and thought "oh fuck." But it was a big party and I guess they never talked about me because by the end of the night I hugged one of them and said I was gonna turn in early then left with the other one.

Since it's a party at your place it may be trickier, but that's the best advice I can give you. Good luck and post an update after the party!
