Dud you said "you're hot" wrong. Next time instead of simpley saying you look hot. You say:

"you look hot! we better sit you down somewhere. Hay bartender get this girl some ice! As you start to fan her"

Or

"Excuse me miss, but can you go stand somewhere else? You're very distracting and I'm trying to have a conversation with my friend here."

That's how you say you look hot! So she won't soon forget you.

Meet her baseline level of a hot and sexy man and it won't matter - and even then, she may just not be in the mood to chat or whatever. Granted if she's wearing provocative clothing she probably wants sexual attention on some level, just maybe not from you.

I disagree with everyone here.

It was a qualifier, and could be considered an opener.

An ineffective one, pretty pretty bad one. The reason? You are not differentiating yourself at all Or emphathising at all with the mental state of her when receiving It. You are showing no interest on her as a person, and are sexualizing too much too fast, giving rapey vibes in the first second. Not good.

The fact that you cant imagine why she would not like that, Or find atractive someone that aproaches with that type of entrance, means you are virtually clueless.

Props for trying. That makes you at least better than the ones that dont say Anything at all.

You simply describe or acknowledge her beauty but you didn’t say what you wanted, so that’s why she said she heard you. Next time tell her what you want not just what you observe.

And no stop thinking that it should be obvious what you want to women. Even if it was obvious to her you still need to verbalize what you want. Not just make an observation or an opinion on her.

Example:

“So, I’d like a date with you, so i’d like your number, so i’d like to get to know you”.

It's not really an opener. An opener is about hooking her attention. You didn't hook her, then backed off using apathy and lack of attraction as an excuse.

Obviously nothing to apologize for since you didn't bother her for more than that sentence. But it could be improved to at least delaying your opinion and making it more flirty and fun with the aim to hook.

Speak really slowly. Ask a question instead of giving your words right away. Let your eye contact do some work as you unravel your opener. Say something like "Hey... I saw you... And... Guess what I thought about you... She... Must be responsible... For some wars starting... (energetic, laughing, self-amusing) You look... Really.. Really.... Hot... Like that actress... You must know her... What was her name?. Are you into acting?" Hook, hook, hook! Don't half-ass it. Don't give up beforehand. If you're going to practice, do the most that you can and at least exchange phone numbers AFTER hooking her attention and having fun through self-amusement.

Eh I mean. I would never say this as the VERY FIRST thing to a woman. Match and mirror her attitude. If she’s being blatant with her ehm, outlook, so to speak, about you, then it’s okay to say that.

Otherwise, I would never offer that sort of verbose approach. It might win you some insecure drunk girl here and there, but any self-respecting woman is not gonna take that up bro bro.
