I learned that some women LOVE to yank your chains. It’s like they love to piss you off because some of them are immature and maybe their ex-boyfriend cheated on them so they’re looking to get revenge.

Best thing to do is not care. A girl I’ve been texting shit tested the FUCK out of me. She would take a week to respond and even alluded to hanging out with her guy friends to piss me off. I just shrugged it off and went on as if nothing happened. She’s looking for a reaction out of me. She wants me to chase her and beg for her approval. When I act as if she’s just a normal girl that I have moderate attraction to who doesn’t care if I never see her again, it drives her crazy because it makes her feel like I don’t really like her all that much.

The most important skill is being able to identify the shit test.

After that you must either agree and amplify, or go orthogonal.

Here's an example shit test that I received a lot in the early days:

Her: "You aren't one of those 'pick up artists' are you?"

If you are grounded you should understand that it's just a way for her to see if you aren't faking. Best thing is to relax and not take it seriously. Do not act defensively. Do not become aggresive!

You can agree with her with a 'wink' or 'test' her back in a light hearted way. If you feel overwhelmed, just be honest and own up to it. That shows healthy vulnerability. If she's simply mean or rude to you she isn't testing you, she's a bitch. Again do not become aggressive just stand your ground and tell her you don't accept her behaviour and you're done talking to her. Then just walk away.

Seems like you're doing something to make these women uncomfortable and they don't feel safe telling you so they makeup excuses to not see and hangout with you. I say this especially since different women are saying the same thing to you.

You should be apologizing to them.

Getting mad does absolutely nothing. Neither does asking for an apology.

The best is just to walk away. If they flake two times in a row, you just don't ask them out anymore. If they're late over 30 minutes without a legit excuse and didn't keep you updated, you leave the scene.

If they eventually ask you out or reschedule, you say the meeting place is at your place.

As for being friend zoned, that's not a shit test. She's just not interested in you.

Frame and shit tests are not magical things, essentially they are measurements of power. Here it is explained well.

When people say "hold frame" usually aims to showcase exactly this: that you are beyond what she is doing. But this only works when she was bluffing on your "power" measurement. Sometimes it is fine to respond at face value.

However... the way you describe this, it is probably you who needs to chill out. I.e., take things less seriously, which comes with practice and exposure.

There is a different between a shit test, which is fun and playful, and outright disrespect. These girls are not shit testing you, they are disrespecting you, and the answer to disrespect is to just leave and not look back.

A shit test is her saying something like "Ewww, who likes diet coke?" after you order diet coke. And the answer is to just say "I do."

Being late, blocking you, and rescheduling last moment are just disrespectful. In those cases, you do not need to respond. Indeed, if you do respond, you look overly emotionally invested in a girl that doesn't give a fuck about you.

I think the real problem is that you are chasing girls that are not into you and are disrespecting you.
