I was 250+ pounds in college and had no trouble getting girls. I'm sure there were quite a few girls that wouldn't have given me the time of day but there were plenty of others that really didn't seem to care. I was pretty confident and a very good musician so that sure didn't hurt any.

I wasn't "completely fine" with being overweight though. I was absolutely miserable about it. I lost the weight and am healthy now but it is still a struggle for me. My wife was one of the women I picked up when I was about 260 and she is probably a HB 8.5 or 9 to use the seddit grading scale. She was in high demand and I totally clipped her away from a crowd of guys chasing her. She tells me that she never even thought of me as fat so that should encourage people that think nobody could possibly be attracted to them.

Last Saturday I weighed myself at 214. I played volleyball at a stranger's cottage with some friends. I focused on having a good time, and nothing else. I didn't even think about seduction even when the only 2 chicks came and the AMOG was running close protection. Keeping in this "have a blast" frame, I f-closed a HB9 4 hours later. My first damn F-Close in my entire life.

Attitude is everything. That redditor over thinking brain of yours is your WORST ENEMY.

Have you ever noticed how many successful businessmen and women are overweight? How about rap stars? I asked my dad about this recently and he told me that being overweight is a sign of power, a sign of success and of security. It shows that you're being fed, that you're eating more than the usual, and you're comfortable that way.

Many points of our modern society are based off of ancient Greece and I think this point is no different. Overweight women in ancient Greece were considered beautiful at the time, though for men I'm not sure how that stood. In any event, being overweight is a sign of power if coupled with confidence correctly. If you're overweight and wearing ragged clothes, for example, you might not come off that way... but being overweight, consuming a lot of space by default, and having that extra bulk puts you in a lead in front of skinnier people.

I met an overweight guy at college who could. This guy has THE chat though, lucky bastard is a natural, everyone in college loved him; both guys and girls. My favourite wingman because he usually brings girls with him so it can't get easier after an intro. Birds flock to him because he knows how to tell a joke and banter, entertaining as fuck too; has one fit girlfriend after another. He also dressed well at all times mind.

I'm not overweight myself, but this reminds me of a guy I saw once when i went to a local club. He was a heavier guy but his body language and inner confidence made it appear as if he was better looking then the guys who were skinnier or in better shape. I actually stopped to stare at this guy and admire the fact that despite not being in the greatest of shape he took great care of how he was dressed and came off where women were fully engaged to what he was saying.

Well, I"m about 215lbs, but I'm also 6'7", so It's a matter of frame, right? Though, I've never actually come across any good closers who were grossly out of weight.. I'd think it would be a self-esteem issue, but I'd love to see otherwise.

I'd bet that the majority of overweight PUAs are less successful due to poor inner game than because of their weight.

Confidence is the most attractive quality a person can have. So work on your inner game is a must.

I disagree: looks do matter, and they matter to everyone. I have heard that it is far easier to lose weight than it is to ratchet up one's game to a point where being overweight doesn't is not an obstacle. I am 30 pounds overweight, and I am committed to losing it all by V day next year.

How are you completely fine with not having a healthy body?

How is lack of self-control something to aspire to?

Yes, you might still be able to get girls, but just internally judging yourself how do you justify anything less than excellence in your body, health, diet and exercise routine?
