Hi seddit, I'm actually a 24 y/o virgin as of right now (but tbh I won't be a virgin much longer since I've got a sure thing with a girl now). I've always been kinda awkward with women and never knew what to say or do and I've had girls start flirting/talking with me on occation but it never really happened that often but recently that has started to happen a lot more.

What I did was go to /r/malefashionadvice and get some advice on what to wear, I didn't do the extremely fancy shit they often reccomend but I started looking more at people around me to see what people were wearing and what I liked and didn't like. Then I went out and bought some new clothes, and more new clothes and more new clothes and started wearing them and people started commenting on how my style had changed and how much better I looked.

Secondly I changed my haircut. Usually I had a really short haircut but I decided to try and let it grow out on the top but keep it short on the sides and then part the hair to one side. A really classic looking haircut but I but some gel based product in my hair and gave it a bit of a rough look instead of having it combed and super neat. People started commenting on how better my hair looked.

Those two things were something I changed in my appearance but I had also read and watched some PUA stuff and personally I never liked the whole PUA thing where you are "gaming" the girl by using openers, negging her and all that stuff even though I know it works. Instead I just grabbed some things and started using them like for example I started making fun of girls more often and started being more playful with them, sort of a cocky-funny thing I guess.

But the girls didn't really start flirting/talking with me more until I did this last part. I started a new job (where there are a lot of gorgeous women) and of course there were parties and such and you got to know the people better. And what happens at parties? People take pictures, lots of pictures. What happened was that I was having fun with a bunch of people and a lot of gorgeous women and we'd all take pictures together so I'd be in pictures where I had my arm around (and that thing where your heads touch) a gorgeous woman and the woman was smiling. Then people started uploading them on Facebook and girls would start seeing me in all these parties with all these beautiful girls and out of nowhere I started seeing chat windows start opening up on Facebook with girls chatting with me and girls liking my photos and status updates a lot more. I guess it's the thing where girls like a guy if other girls like the same guy as well or whatever that thing is. But I might also add that I did make out with two of the hottest girls who work there (ironically both models) so I guess word of mouth can travel fast and other girls know about it.

I guess what I'm trying to say here is that it really doesn't take THAT much to make a HUGE difference. Try to look better and be more social, more fun and it seems to make a HUGE difference, for me at least.

TL;DR: I changed my wardrobe, my hairstyle, started making more jokes with women and lastly got a new job where a lot of beautiful girls worked and basically started getting seen in photos on Facebook a lot more in parties with beautiful women. Which resulted in girls flirting with me on Facebook "out of nowhere" (which pretty much never happened to me before).
