This nonsense has go to stop. Masturbating has been around for as long as mankind has been around. For example: when I drink heavily, I will occasionally bum a cigarette off of someone and smoke it. Being addicted to nicotine (say, smoking a pack a day) is one thing, but smoking a cigarette a few times a year is a completely different thing. If you feel like you're addicted to porn, that's a completely different issue. You can be addicted to plenty of things: nicotine, coffee, or candy.

People are always looking for the "secret key" to women, success, or just life in general. Spoiler alert: there's no secret key. Life is hard and improvement requires hard work. Not touching your junk for a month will have a net zero impact on your life. No one's controlling anyone, stop being so dramatic. It's so fucking weird that you think porn has this incredible stranglehold on you.

I can promise you this kind of vibe will not only turn women off, but no one will want to be your friend. I've done no-fap for 45 days a few years ago, just to see what it would be like. Know what it was like? I was horny all the time -- which I'm pretty sure is the scientifically-expected result.
