Contrary to popular belief, you need to stop pretending you're something you're not. In fact, the more you try to pretend you're something you're not, the more incongruent you appear. And that destroys any attraction.

I won't say "you need to be yourself" either. That's shit advice, because you probably don't know yourself enough to be him.

Finally, you need thick skin. Don't let anything get to you. Descentisize yourself and learn not to take bad comments personally. Accept feedback of course, but don't let it make you insecure.

What is the actual issue you're having? I doubt this is the problem you have.

Of course they don't. Seems like you're inventing hypothetical problems rather than real problems. This tells me you're probably not hitting on women enough and you probably aren't getting rejected enough. You have so few real problems you have started to invent problems out of thin air. But i could be wrong. How do you know you're struggling?

The first thing you need to know is that you're already a real man. Not only that, but you're a ten. Perhaps a skinny or overweight ten, but still a ten. You can work on the weight or lack of it.
