Honestly if quantity is all you care about it’s a pretty straightforward formula if you already have confidence and charisma.

It’s pretty simple Go out a lot, talk to girls a lot and most importantly..... Lower your standards.

I have a friend who’s body count is at minimum in the mid 50s and he has no standards he will fuck anyone because it’s tied to his ego. Now that does not mean he only has sex with unattractive women. It’s a very mixed bag. One night he will get a strong 8 and literally the next night he will do it with a 3 if we are being generous. It’s honestly fascinating. But the point is he gets play a lot.

Now my advice is if you just truly care about having as many bodies as possible Lower your standards by 2 points. Meaning if you usually would only hit on lowest a 6 in your eyes start flirting with girls who are 4s to you.

Edit: point is don’t be picky. It will at least double your count 2X if you aren’t only focusing on who you think is the hottest girl in the club or whatever. Also I hate to say it this way but be more open to fat/ chubby girls

What's your count now? Best way is to look as attractive as you can be. This increases your success rate and makes life easier. Then you gotta play the numbers game. Go out at night and on tinder/hinge/bumble and focus on getting as many dates set up as you can fit in. Dont waste time talking on tinder, have a small banter that leads you to asking them out. Usually in message 3 or 4 ill ask if they like wine and ask em to grab a drink sometime.

When you approach girls in town at night ask them out on a date and get their number then go onto the next. Better to get 15 numbers in a night and no sex than to get no or a few but a 1 night stand. You can get both 15 numbers and a same nighter anyway. If you don't live with parents (one of the most important factors), it makes pulling MUCH easier. You can get 2 a week on average and that will take you from 0 to 100 in 1 year

Well you'll need to actually make a plan.

Maybe get a phone dedicated just to the girls. Set up a marketing plan (where are you gonna find them)

Create a pipeline:

Step 1: Get Number

Step 2: Flirt

Step 3: Set one-one time

Step 4: Bang (if no bang back to step 3 for date number 2)

Rinse Repeat and keep track of where girls are in the process.

Whatever you want to make your pipeline is fine - this is just an example. But you need to identify each step in your process.

Systemize it and figure out your conversion rates so you know how many women to approach to hit the goal.

Then create a schedule:

Thur Night-Sat Night 9pm - 2am - Bars to take one home

If you lower your standards and love bomb then take away affection with women that are 6s and lower you can get your body count up pretty quick. Get ready for clingers and drama though. Expand your female social circle with women that may or may not like you that have an extended social circle. Become cool with their friend groups and find 2 or 3 to fuck then move on to another social circle. This is somewhat shitty sleaze behavior but you can add numbers up if you don't care.

Honestly it will come on it’s own.

Be out there every opportunity while you are young, full of energy and have an endless supply of easy targets in Uni. You have all the boxes checked in your side as far as circumstances go. If you are decent looking, fit and taller those will help even more.

Most important though is having self confidence and genuine charisma as well as keeping in mind being a decent person. And not treating women like sex dolls or throwaways. And that doesn’t mean you have to fall in love with every women you sleep with. Far from it. I cannot even remember the vast majority of the names anymore. But I absolutely treated every last one with respect and decency and as a fellow human being no matter what kind of nasty ass shit we were doing in bed.

Once you get past 25-30 area you probably won’t care about counting…… If you are at like 3 or less lays and you have goals to get to 100 then you gotta get on it ASAP!!! Good game can help you capitalize on opportunities with girls who see you as a maybe but if she don’t see you as at least a 5/10 then your gonna get a lot of what you’ve been getting the past however many years.
You gotta reduce things to the simplest form. Can you approach a girl your attracted to for her number or a date? Can’t you wait Ben talk to or say hi to a girl your attracted to? Girls working count as a fraction of a point because they are paid to be polite and respond so you don’t know how genuine things are many of the time. I'm probably at around 140 women and I can tell you that their are no prizes for getting triple digits but it's fun getting there.

In terms of the how, well I'm pretty good looking but I'm also efficient. I know that if I'm going on a date with a girl there's a strong chance that I'm sleeping with her on the first night. I'm at the point where I don't go on dates thinking anything other than to be myself and enjoy it. Just make sure your logistics are right and I'd add it gets easier as you get older.
