CA? That state is no-fault on steroids, as it has a code blocking evidence of “prior bad acts” in divorce cases. So you need a way to back-door it in, and the judge may disallow even that (i.e. you need an evidentiary exception to have it considered, such as dissipation of marital assets).

Will it matter in CA? Fuck no.

Women leave marriages all the time because they are bored or think they can do better. Your wife cheats leave her ass. You don't need evidence unless you are in one of the few at fault states. File for irreconcilable differences. Stop running past red flags. The earlier you divorce her in marriage, the cheaper it will be.
