I'm a scientist (a researcher in public health), so I'll chime in on the validity of the article title cited by u/thegypsybean. Here's a link to the original publication; it was released through the Journal of the American Medical Association in May 2020 as a research letter.

Among the 38 SARS-CoV-2-positive men from one hospital in Shangqiu, China, 6 (or 15.8% of study participants) had virus in their semen; 4 had an active infection, and 2 were recovering from the disease. There are several flaws or limitations from this study, including its small sample size, no statistical difference between patient groups (by age, history of urogenital diseases, days since diagnosis, days since hospitalization, or days since recovery), and short follow-up period after collecting samples.

The study authors didn't evaluate sperm count, nor did they look for transmissibility between sexual partners. These topics are touched upon in the letter's discussion, hypothesizing that COVID-19 may behave like other diseases that shed virus into the seminal fluid, leading to infection of a partner or complications associated with pregnancy.

So, unless there's been a follow-up publication released after the letter to which I linked above, there's no proof that SARS-CoV-2 can be linked to infertility or sexual transmission. Last month, another research team (also from China) published about a similar-sized male cohort followed one month after recovery who had no evidence of viral shedding into their semen and indicated that the longitudinal impact on pregnancy is still unknown (like most things about COVID-19 at the moment!).
