Hardly surprising. I do think things will get better down the line. People seem to be paying more and more attention to this stuff. But we have to be careful. Many will look at the stats and scream that boys are not "discriminated against," that they're just "less mature" or "less intelligent" or "less valuable".

Its really discouraging that in teh US neither the right wing party nor the left wing party (yes I know the US has no realy left wing party, the Dems are center right) really care about discrimination against men. The Republicans don't care about discrimination at all and the Democrats only care about discrimination against everyone but men. Things also don't realyl improve when looking at other countries around the world.

The consensus is still that men cannot be discriminated against any any capacity whatsoever and if they somehow do face problems its "toxic masculinity".

That's the wrong way to phrase it. The Biden administration supports discrimination against men. Biden has been a female supremacist for a long time. He was instrumental in passing the Violence Against Women Act, which discriminates against male victims despite the fact that it was later amended to say the government must provide help to male victims under its provisions.

I remember what happened to Believe Women when Joe Biden was suddenly accused. I would say he needs a trial on that, but according to the title IX rules that his administration proposes.

We'll see how things suddenly change then.
