I'd argue it's still rape as drugging them after they give consent means they're unable to revoke consent. They might consent to the general act, but if something comes up that's too much for them normally, they can't stop it or tell her to stop.

The thing is, you can't be certain if they really wouldn't revoke consent. There's a subtle, but still strong, sense among a fairly large number of men that male rape victims should be happy that they had it happen to them for some ungodly reason, most likely because society tells them that or, more concerningly, because they feel society doesn't care and viewing themselves as the victim would only make it worse for them.
Sure, there's a lot of women who don't report rapes, but I'm willing to bet the number of men who don't report it is far, far higher by virtue of the fact that male rape victims are outright told to stop complaining or even congratulated for it.
