Why is it that a Woman all over social media and even in person can openly make fun of man's height, when confronted, it's usually a preference, yet when Men have a preference in terms of weight or certain looks, it's wrong.

Last time I checked height is almost all genetics, the only other factor is environment, but this is too reach genetic height, is it the men's fault he was born into a short family? no that's DNA you can't change it, yet certain things like a man preferring a women to be so and so can be changed, like weight, which can be altered.

When I bring this up to feminists, the response is usually "Men make fun of each other too", which on paper is true, taller men don't exactly empower shorter men, but they won't discriminate them from a certain thing because of their height
