This TRP assumption always seemed inaccurate as women, at least in my life, are way more forgiving than men and often stand by people even after being done wrong

The male mating strategy has two problems:

the vast majority of men can't pull polygyny off, period (or how many guys do you know who have a rotation of girls they're sleeping with? Or, even better, a rotation of girls who are exclusive with them?). Trading in a guy for a better one is easier, cheating on the former with the latter is a lot easier.
the male mating strategy's reputation is a lot worse than that of the woman (apart from cheating). A guy who actively seeks to sleep with as many women as possible will be seen more skeptically than a woman who is a serial monogamist (but initiated most of her breakups). Also, our culture discourages polygamy (twu wuv and all that), but has few problems with serial monogamy.

Individuals of both genders are loyal only to their own incentives.

In other words, men are not more loyal than women, but certain commonly held experiences of redpillers and the lack of certain other experiences due to circumstance leads them to falsely perceive this to be true.

Loyalty, like respect, is earned, not given. I believe, as a cynic, that all people are disloyal until proven otherwise. In other words, the only people I owe my loyalty to are those who never made me question theirs.

Most men have a scarcity mentality while most women live in abundance of sexual partners. The possibility is there. The motive (hypergamy) is there too. And nearly every women is equipped with an organ to do it.

Loyalty (from the Red Pill perspective) refers to a plugged-in man's capacity to be there for his woman despite any loss of power that might shift how he feels about her persona.

Blue Pill men enter LTRs with the mindset that they will go through hell to be there for their woman (ex. console her when she is upset because she lost a job or has a psychiatric break). Conventional Red Pill Wisdom mandates that all women are already halfway out the door if a man were to display such weakness. It is believed that only a desperate woman (read:ugly/fat) will watch a man struggle with misery or poverty for an extended period of time.

As you probably know, Red Pill philosophy assumes that most men are asleep as batteries for the machines, unaware of the system. This majority of men will only stray for ONE reason (because a woman loses a significant level of physical attractiveness). Sure there are exceptions (like extremely violent or criminal activity) but looks are the only typical reason.

When a woman gets fat or stops grooming or shaves her head (suddenly becoming unattractive) then the average man's polygyny comes into play. Eventually, he will cheat; but only after struggling with it. This is usually the only way a Blue Piller might consider taking a red dose outside the clinical setting of the Internet.

Polygamous urges in males are only about a desire to have sex with other attractive women. A Blue-piller still wants love as he knows it from his woman; but he cheats because the sex is no longer appealing and open relations are not an option.

Hypergamy feels more like a full-on BETRAYAL or CON ARTISTRY rather than a simple cheat because hypergamy isn't just about satisfying sexual desire (which is chemical, biological, and uncontrollable in terms of the urge for it)…women stray for WAY MORE than just a loss of physical attractiveness. With great calculation women logically measure their man versus men they see as having higher value (who are within their reach) for dozens of reasons outside a man's control to a greater degree (illness, debt, lack of social influence, psychiatric problems).

I know what you may be thinking, men do this too; but women will leave a relationship where nothing is explicitly broken! Hypergamous women will leave a perfectly good, loyal, and handsome man for one who scores higher. Women will dump a B+ to snag an A-. Meanwhile (and once again this is speaking from a Red Pill perspective) most men will keep a B+ even if an A- shows interest because of their Blue Pilled dedication to "true love" through thick and thin (as long as sexual needs are met).

From my life experience and the unverifiable experience of Red Pill Men on the internet, most women are hypergamous without being consciously aware of it. They will leave their man, justify it by saying "I'm no longer happy and I deserve to be happy" rather than admitting to themselves that they are betraying their perfectly good man for someone better.

From my observations, men don't justify their cheating or seduce the women around them to make it happen. Men cheat because they are extremely horny and a seduction tips the scales of desire. One night at work after months (or even years) of not getting the sex their body needs they give in to temptation. Some pretty young thing at work finally penetrates his Blue Pill Shield and he decides to play the field.

I think he may be referring to American women specifically, who are born and raised with a "you can have it all" mentality. They want a stable provider, an exiting bad boy, a macho guy, a sensitive man, etc. When one guy doesn't meet all of these they go and find a different one (very easily I might add). Where as with a guy, he has to jump through some seemingly arbitrary number of (probably expensive) hoops just to land one girlfriend. He knows that if he messes things up with her then he's going to have a hell of a time finding another one.

I'd like to hypothesize about this:

Men and women are equally disloyal as they are, but in relationships I'd wager an educated guess to several reasons why men would stay loyal whereas a woman might not. In most circumstances, the man has to initiate an encounter with a woman to have a sexual outcome - a man committed to the typical relationship (not open relationships or other kinks) won't actively pursue other women. A woman in the typical relationship, however, will still be approached by other guys looking to fuck. A couple of opportunities here and there, a couple wriggling doubts planted in the back of her mind regarding how well off her relationship is, and it's not all uncommon for certain guys to play their way into a taken woman's pants.

Not to mention that in the added case of marriage, guys usually have a lot more at stake than their spouse - they have more to lose when they fuck up.

Is exclusivity a prerequisite for loyalty? I think you can be loyal to multiple people at once, why not multiple women?

Okay let me put it this way. You have two people: one has top-tier education and experience. The other person just finished an average school and his work experience is just doing the obligatory internship.

The first person is someone every employer is interested in. The other person is just your typical drone.

The basal relationship contract is her sexual monogamy in exchange for his providership. As long as he isn't emptying the bank account to bang other chicks...he's not being disloyal.

Of course, I have been informed today that the female gaurantees absolutely nothing in the contract, and based on this if you make no promises, you can't break any promises, and therefore there's no question of loyalty at all.

My perspective as a person new to TRP is that it considers both genders to be cheats. It just posits, with justification, that the societally accepted picture of the woman as the eternal victim, and her man as the quintessential Lothario is a pile of hooey.

Further, it considers marriage to be a defunct institution, killed off by modern feminism that has loaded all the risk to the man.

In this world view, real to many, partially real to some (like myself), and dystopian to others, it focuses purely on methods to boost sexual prospects of RP men.

It is an amoral and incomplete philosophy. However, it has the virtue of being far closer to reality than BP notions of what the world is.

Because women have babies. They essentially can't get cheated on because they always know they are the mother of their child. The same cannot be said for fathers.

This is not to say why men are more loyal. Because given the same amount of options, men will likely pump and dump to their hearts delight. It just explains why the average man is so concerned with loyalty.
