First, I'd like to address RP:

I mostly agree with you. People can be cold and calculating. We must adjust accordingly. The majority of people are attracted to the same sorts of traits. If you want to be attractive, it makes sense to get rid of the unattractive parts of your body and personality.

I just don't understand why you didn't figure out this earlier. I figured this out at about the age of six. Sure, I still think I'm eventually going to find someone that I can have a stable and healthy relationship with, but I know it's going to be damn hard. Because relationships like that are hard. Most people aren't built for healthy relationships because we as a society have put too much social and economic pressures on young people.

And why do you only apply your theories to women? I'm of the opinion that all men, women, and various other genders all start from the same point of irrationality. I know you like to think that men are logical and have the capability to lead, but this is not true of all men. I know you like to think that all women are evolutionarily driven harlots who will get rid of you at the first sign of weakness, but this is not true of all women.

I think, however, that most people will act in their own self-interest when they see a better opportunity come along. We are all just the same.

Now, for BP:

I admire you. I really do. You seem like a good bunch of people who have generally good attitudes about sex and relationships. I hope that I can be like you one day.

However, I really wish you wouldn't dismiss RP. The majority of the guys there are single and not looking to get married. In my opinion, if a guy wants to spin plates, he should be able to do so without ridicule.

The manipulative tactics are only there mostly because RP guys had their head so far up their asses before they unplugged. They can't yet see women as humans, because they refuse to believe humans can be cruel.

When you strip it down and take away all the manipulative elements, RP isn't so bad. You might say it's common sense, but it might not be common sense to the son of a single mom who never really had a positive male role model.

In conclusion, I think both sides can agree on more than they're willing to admit.
