Stop trying to explain it to them. If they keep asking for your thoughts on women after they have already shown their disapproval for your views, they are looking to feed that disapproval. Rather than verbally argue with them, show them. Show them how your new lifestyle has changed you and your outlook on life. The physical aspect of eating right and exercising will become self evident in short order, but as for how your outlook on women has changed, it requires specific examples.

When I first started reading manosphere blogs and eventually found my way to TRP it took quite some time before I was able to actually use the information I took in. Once I was able to use it correctly, my friends took notice and asked how it came to be. I never tell them directly about TRP, but rather demonstrate it to them where they can clearly see how I behave and how women respond.

Don't waste your time verbally arguing, demonstrate.

I don't talk to my friends about Red Pill or Reddit. I don't teach them how to get women. If they want advice from me, they will come ask for it and I will give it to them without reference to any of what gets talked about here. If they don't listen, then I simply won't give them advice again.

This community only works because it is semi-anonymous. What we are talking about is socially unacceptable and should not under any circumstances be directly communicated in real life conversations.

If your friends give you shit about it, simply tell them that your focus is on improving yourself rather than pleasing women. If you really get it, then the results should make themselves obvious. If the results aren't there, then you need to keep working on yourself before you are qualified to dispense advice to your friends.

Get used to it. Some people just don't have the enough intellect, experiences, common sense, observance, motivation, etc. But you do. They may never see things the way we do, or see only what they want to. & thats ok, its there crumby beta life. I turn whatever people say right around on them. Sarcasm & comedic insults work wonders on everyone. Especially when they set you up with a question. Everyone I know who's made a major change in their attitude like you're talking about has had to severely limit hanging out with the majority of their old friends and family for a while.

When you change, the impulse of the group is to try to maintain the group social order and keep you in whatever place you're usually in. They're uncomfortable because they don't know what to expect, and this causes a panic as the stable social order is interrupted.

Problem is that this is very detrimental to you being able to change yourself.

Weirdly, I've found that the best thing to do is to do the same things you'd do to get out of the friend zone with a girl - put distance between you and them. Maybe let them sometimes know you're having a great time doing what you're doing, but don't go into specifics they might be tempted to argue with.

Don't alienate them, say bad things about them, or make them hate you. Just distance yourself from them socially.

In the future, after you've established your new frame, you can often come back to the group. In my experience it usually has one of two outcomes - either you realize you have no reason to hang out with these people because you have nothing in common and they're just not interesting or helpful to you any more, or you'll come back, they'll test you, but far more easily accept you back into the group with your new attitude and social standing. You may also find that you're now able to do previously beta behaviors with an alpha attitude.

I went through a similar thing - used to pay a lot of attention to the waitstaff. Then went through a period of borderline-ignoring them as I tried to rid myself of bad habits. Then I was able to go back to the middle - acknowledge them, treat them well, but do it in an alpha way. I think weight staff actually like how I treat them more now than they did before.

And there are two kinds of beta friends: the ones who want to get women, just can't, and can be cool guys socially anyway. These are the beta friends you keep.

Then there are white knight extraordinaire, who will aggressively white knight and essentially spread the scourge of betaism. These are the guys who will try to shame you in front of girls, essentially anti-wingmen who are offended by your view of women and will actively try to lessen your chances with them.

Lose the 2nd type IMMEDIATELY. First group is OK to hang out with.

I'm glad you've been able to make such drastic changes in your life for the better. That said when you start internalizing TRP you change your behavior and begin acting out of character for the frame that you have built up until that point. As a result of this women (and men) will begin shit testing you to see if your new behavior is congruent. As you pass the shit tests they will come less frequently and then not at all as they come to grips with your new frame.

The best thing you can do is to show how it works. You can talk TRP to your buddies till your blue in the face but when they see what you're doing works they'll be taking your advice. Stop giving them advice until they ask for it. When they talk about women just feign disinterest or just ignore them entirely.

Barring that... you can always get new friends like others suggest. Friends are not irreplaceable after all just like women aren't.

I never been a nice guy, but i acted stupid towards girls i really liked yeah. Needless to say now thanks to the knowladge i have, it is much better for me to see which ones i should cut contact with and which ones are worth the effort.

The biggest problem with me now, is my own Mother, i cant just cut her loose, but i cant let her keep having the life she is having, specially now that she is taking care of my younger brother.

Right off the bat, my sister (6 years older than I) said "You are gonna be that 'crazy' uncle" etc etc. She screamed at me and hung up on me on the phone when I told her I've told girls to leave my house for not having sex. Father left in 07 due to family issues and wasnt really a strong masculine father. He was a great provider and held his ground on some things, but I wasn't old enough to see it. He was a great father to me, but he coddled me way too much... I almost wish he beat me.

My mom is red pill as fuck: Recently divorced, single mom with red pill philosophy was amazing. She had an affair with a man I would consider alpha as fuck. He was nice as fuck to me as a kid, and I always thought he was cool. She tells me I should find a wife who isn't a doctor like she is. She tells me to find a wife who can stay at home and take care of the kids and make sure they have solid parenting. She does nothing to interfere with my development as a man. I can tell when I came back from working out one day (gained 20 pounds over the summer from creatine and a HUGE calorie diet) that she 'lost frame' when i was walking around the house without a shirt. She's not fucking weirdo/incesty, she was fucking proud. She said exactly that. She interfered with ABSOLUTE FURY AND DETERMINATION whenever I played video games for what she called 'an addictive amount of time' when I was younger even though I fucking loved my games.

Now TRP has come into my life and shown me no limit. I look at Arnold Schwarzenegger, Kanye, Bill Clinton, Teddy Roosevelt, Andrew Jackson, and fucking King Theoden from Lord of The Rings and wonder... they breathe the same fucking air I do... they bleed as well... All i need to do is unlock my mind and think for myself in every situation.

When it comes to girls and shit. i know the only one to ALWAYS have my heart (fully attached emotionally) will be my fucking dog who has been there since my dad left. Dude is a fucking bro. (Im not attached to my mom because she fucking told me not to since she doesnt want me sad at her funeral).
