Title says it all. I have struggled with alcohol abuse for some time, but its difficult for me to stay completely stopped, as I built a reputation on being a party animal in college. It served me very well. In the real world my old tricks don't get me the results I want, in fact, they get quite the opposite.

So with that, does anyone else not drink, and how does it affect red pill living/ your game?

In principal, there is nothing more red pill than quitting alcohol. It literally makes you fat, stupid, and wastes time.

To those who will undoubtedly say "have self control, drink moderately", that's the definition of alcoholism/addiction. The inability to have self control with substances. No amount of red pill thinking can defeat the brain chemistry of addiction.
