A good natural is probably doing a lot of the more focused and explicit acts of seduction outside of the larger group: in moments where no one else is paying attention to you and the woman, in whispers, in privacy.

Thanks for this perspective. Many men/people underestimate the importance of simple hygiene in seduction. This may be why some folks aren't getting kisses/sex. I like to carry gum with me and offer gum as an oblique way of suggesting I might want to make out with a lady.

There is some sort of gaydar. An ex and I dubbed it swirldar. Most of the black women I date and sleep with also mostly/exclusively date white guys.

Yeah, I just listed a few public places. Idk, man, I just start with my name and find out their name and take it from there. It’s really very situational and it’s not like I have a conversation script. I do have a sort of script or a few decision tree scripts of actions/escalations that I like to follow once i’m taking a girl to bed for the first time, but I honestly don’t even want to share it because it’s special to me and I don’t want a bunch of Internet bros stealing my moves. If I had to br…

I need regularly in my early twenties to treat OCD/depression/anxiety trauma while in twice weekly psychotherapy. Now I only take low doses of psilocybin once every couple of weeks to couple of months, but often when I want to go out and get laid. I only take a traditional shamanic dose maybe once every 6-18 months.

Planned parenthood. As a dude, I just always say I have symptoms and low income so it’s usually free. All the nurses/NPs/PAs know me now and are chill about it.

I just thought the seduction subreddit was about getting laid/seduction. I also date smart women and, imo, plenty of the topics I stick to can be intellectually stimulating.

Just if it comes up. “Oh where did you go to college?” “We’re you, like, a really smart kid/good student?”, “Wow, that’s dope that you did/are doing x, I bet that really fun.”

I just think these things can be discussed on later dates. I’m speaking about first dates/first meetings here. I plan to never marry, though, so you know where my bias lies. The main point is that you want to induce/promote positive emotionality. Even if you want a LTR/marriage, this is one of the ways to avoid early trauma bonding, love bombing, and the 500 Day of Summer-style media bonding that may trap you in a suboptimal or perhaps awful relationship.

No, not at all anymore. A bit when I was younger--but rarel, even then. I do prefer clubs to bars for the music/atmosphere, but it’s not preferred arena for pulling new women. I will go to these with an established chick as a fun date. Makes it easier for me to have fun because I’m not worried about trying to bring a woman home, cuz I brought her. I prefer gym, house parties, outings or just anywhere. I’ve met a lot of women at my job or their job. Last five pick ups: house party (30ish ppl), ca…

I have had to make “the call” to other partners twice. Once when I got pinworms and then when I hooked up with a girl from a concert whom my instincts told me was not so fresh and so clean clean (heavily tattooed and likely IV drug user at some point). I appreciate the warning about pulling out. Personally, I pull out even when I wear a condom. Usually I’m withdrawing literally 10-15 seconds before I come, though, and never chase those few extra pumps of pleasure. Only time I’ve allowed myself t…

5’7”; 148-160lbs, depending on season/habits; ripped-jacked most times; short-medium haircut, short-medium beard; color analysis on fleek; probably 5.5-6.5/10 looks, but maybe higher because I did used to model and one ex-girlfriend wrote that I was very handsome in her diary in the early days of sleeping together. Verbal charisma is high: perfect scores on ACT and SAT English/Writing, lots of standup comedy, musical, and theatre performance. For this reason, I’ve had more success with in-person…

Situational, I guess. Condoms 70% of the time, but not always, never come in vagina, even if they say they’re on birth control. Pretty much always oral sex and kissing, sometime I come in their mouth or they’ll come in my mouth. I get urine and blood tests nearly twice a month currently. Is it a little reckless? Yes, but it’s also 130 degrees in Death Valley and I’m just tryna enjoy the decline an pullout game strong.

Could be good. Everyone’s chemical courage concoction may be a little different. For me personally, I prefer sports and science on LSD. It’s makes me a little more analytical and less emotional.

Wow, actually super accurate media metaphor. Ive seen dudes fall in love because a girl played the same video game as them, seen other dudes where a lot of their relationship time revolves around waiting and watching tv shows with their SO. Yuck.

First day I did pickup on shrooms was 6 years ago, day gaming, on a Wednesday. I flirted with a girl who made my root beet float and she was at my house ten hours later wearing daisy dukes with no underwear. I just shot some porn with her last weekend! Truly the secret sauce. It’s what I imagine alcohol does for some other people socially.
/r/seduction16/07/23 11:00 PM

Yeah. Somewhat. As a white guy who mostly prefers Black women, it’s definitely not a go-to for me. It’s something I let a woman bring up. I will say it’s probably an Indicator of Interest if a woman does ask about your race/ethnicity. She’s lookin at you and tryna sniff out them genes.

You may have a point, but many dudes aren’t using it to tease, they are rambling and boring. Almost closing is almost pretty tight, though. Keep not taking simple advice and defending your interest in super hero movies as a reliable path to pussy. I hope it works out for you.

Well, falling in love on the stop over shared media interests is exactly why I think it’s lame. Imagine being that shallow/easily persuaded into a relationship that might be otherwise incompatible. It’s crazy how media and entertainment is the thing all the nerds came to defend and exactly why I think some dudes come off as unsexy when they let themselves talk about their boring interests. Mind you I’m a huge movie nerd (8000+ films viewed), but it’s not what I’m allowing myself to focus on conv…

I’m not sure what you mean. Situationally, it might be relevant/an okay topics. In this case, she (yellowbone Black lady) said I (white guy) looked Irish and it was established that we had both taken DNA tests. We both had a lot of Scandinavian blood. Idk that shits interesting to some people. Conversations about race happen and they’re fine, I think. I think it’s a danger zone for some guys/people. Video games/TV/Movies can be very boring to talk about, especially if you start obsessing/getting into the weeds on it. Same with a woman talking about like, idk, Once Upon a Time or The Bachelor or some other shit you don’t give a fuck about. I’m also talking about when first meeting/openers, btw. This last girl I picked up started describing an episode of Black Mirror with Selma Hayek to make a point in response to something I said, and it got l…

Why are you assuming it’s about asking questions? Talking isn’t just asking questions. Just try thinking about it/responding/adapting to the person and the situation. Example questions I asked the last girl I picked up: “is that your second drink?” “How could you tell that I’m Irish?”, “what’s your ancestry?”, do you consider yourself bisexual?”, “does your friend have fake tits?”, “How did you meet (friend whose party we were at)?”, “Did you dance or anything in high school?” So that’s environm…

Science says your hunch is correct. young men and women alike are even more sexless than this generation was already post-pandemic. The average man is replacing sex with video games and the average woman is replacing it with binge drinking alcohol.

I hust had an awesome vacation for the past two weeks, but while in vacation chose to end things with a fwb of 20 years. Already a red flag, but if she tried to pull it again, now that it’s clearly no consensual, I would kick her out, send her home, and tell her to lose my number.

Right, okay. I’ve slept with almost eighty women now and study this stuff academically. “Hi what’s your name?” is the first line of MANY friendships, romantic relationships, sexual relationships, marriages, etc. this is especially true in a typical western country. You want to know a person’s name because you are showing interest in them and intent to get to know them eventually. Our names are a root to our identity and personality, we love to hear it. You don’t stop talking after asking their n…

/r/seduction01/06/21 12:36 PM

Seduction is about creating sexual connection. Quit being a naive curry baby ruined by colonial, Puritanical ideas about sex. If she’s so human to you and not just a sex object, why did you compliment her physical appearance before asking her name? Be honest, OP, have you had sex or gotten your dick sucked in the last two years?
/r/seduction01/06/21 12:35 PM
3

This. These are honest ways to avoid complimenting her face or body.
/r/seduction01/06/21 12:31 PM

No, no one is asking a guy to lie here. Try being a woman who is attractive or really talk to one about this style of approach and you’ll see why it is lazy, lame, and isotopic. She deserves more upvotes for her advice.

/r/seduction01/06/21 12:30 PM

Damn, a handshake? Did you cum?
/r/seduction01/06/21 12:25 PM

Hell, yeah, bro! In the future, don’t compliment a woman’s appearance as your first comment. A million guys have told a pretty girl she’s pretty, so you won’t stand out or even really flatter her something special. No joke, my go-to opener is simple asking a woman her name and flowing from there. But yeah, imo, avoid complimenting or even commenting on the looks of her face/body on first approach.

One of my favorite nights of approaching was one of my first. I was somewhere between 14-16 and my three hotel mates and I were at national conference several days long. During the night of a co-ed mixer event at a local museum, we each wrote about 30 pickup lines, mixed them up into a bag, and drew them out randomly. We practiced in the hotel before we went out and so many were outrageous or just plain cheesy. There was a beauty to knowing we would see these chicks at work the next day, but pro…

Nagging is a sign of nagging, bitchiness is a sign of bitchiness, kindness is a sign of kindness, support is a sign of supportiveness. These are all behaviors, they’ll be self evident when you spend time with and interact with these women. Listening to your intuitions, respecting yourself, and making good choices are all up to you.

This is EXACTLY my point. Trends in family court are changing in our favor (slowly). Is it still fucked and unbalanced in favor of (sometimes shitty) women? Yes. Should men still avoid marriage under current conditions? Yes. But the point is that it’s not as bad as it was thirty, twenty, even ten years again and good judges and lawyers are fighting FOR men out there.
/r/MGTOW218/05/21 01:59 PM
2

Simping for who? I just explaining that family courts are becoming less blind to the rights and needs of men. It HAS improved since the late eighties/early nineties. Stop misusing that word. Yes, plenty of wealthy women pay alimony to their less successful husbands. Is it still VERY unbalanced? Yeah, for sure. I’m just letting people know that it is not as extreme as it used to be and I think it will only get better as a younger generation fills judge seats.
/r/MGTOW218/05/21 01:57 PM
1

I’m only trying to offer hope and the reality that family court has gotten better towards men in the past thirty years. As more millennials fill judge positions, I think it will only get better, too.

This is real and common. Women are not as sexually jealous as men. Sex means less to them, as well. It’s easy for them to attain. They enjoy it, but they’re not as attached to sexual fidelity as many men are. I believe many women have already internalized “he’s not yours, it’s just your turn” and don’t care nearly as much as we would. They care more about resources and protection.

You should post to the sub Reddit truerateme, really consider if you’re pulling 8/10 rn. Isolation should happen naturally. It’s just to make it more private and bring her social guard down a bit. Hell, it can even help you be less self conscious. Maybe try clubs, bars, and parties, especially if you are a virgin or inexperienced. Wrap the tool and get some nuts on with easy women. Alcohol and arty atmospheres can help women with layers of shame and social moors break those barriers down and giv…

I gotchya. You are mostly picking up at clubs, bars, and parties then? My last pick up was at the post office, and I can’t imagine trying to make out with her there would have gone well. Definitely agree with your strat if you are getting an opportunity to spend 10+ mins with a girl in one night/day, and forward girls might pass the number, but that is indeed the minority of women. Most want you to do the heavy seduction lifting.
/r/askTRP31/03/21 03:48 PM

No. Before cold approaching, I had about a 95% success rate with women. After cold approaching often, it’s down to maybe 5-10% if you don’t count online dating apps. Are you isolating these women, what settings are you meeting them in? Maybe they’ll loosen up in night game scenarios? Are you maximizing your looks, money, and status? India probably does suck, even over here, Indian women can be harder to bang, but you can do it. 12 girls approached ain’t shit. Aren’t there, like 500 million women…

True a half of the time in my experience, but have converted snap closes to number and/or fuck closes. Lowest chance of interest if they offer something besides what you offered them/asked for. It’s worth having an impressive insta or sc when you’re gaming women, though, imo. This can help carry these closes into further interest and sex.

Next her, learn from your mistakes, and move forward with your life. You ruined this relationship by not being careful. Don't drink, don't cheat. If you're gonna cheat, don't get caught. Video evidence from a friend really makes plausible deniability difficult. Drinking less will probably improve your situational awareness.

This write up really covers all the bases. I was looking for something like this, thanks. Two big takeaways: Coming from a frame of abundance is important. This is almost always true in life. Forgiveness does not require an explanation from the perpetrator. What good does it really do you to hear, "this is why I betrayed you?" Forgiveness/acceptance/moving on will come from within. Rely on friends, family, distraction, and ambition/purpose to help you get over this. Do not look to her for healing.

The general way to achieve this is just to be her best option and avoid giving off needy vibes. Be the better fuck, be more fun to hang out with, more put together, have better stories, etc. This is what drives women toward commitment. I'm always surprised, because I don't carry many expectations of others--especially early in a relationship--and yet a lot of girls choose to stop chasing other guys. Exclusivity is a consequence of strong attraction and desire.

None of the work I do for myself or others incurs much in the way of bills, but I meant overall value. Might be a higher portion of profit where I work with others, since labor from support staff is occasionally used, but almost all of what I earn for myself and other companies is profit. Costs besides labor are negligible.
/r/TheRedPill03/03/19 08:28 PM
1

Thanks for fleshing that out. I've had a wide swath of compensation schemes and I know I felt undervalued when I was getting (sometimes far) less than 30% of the money I brought in. Even at otherwise fun or interesting jobs, I felt slighted enough that I was always eager to move on. I'm a lot happier working both for myself and with more generous partners, in the 50-100% range.
/r/TheRedPill03/03/19 07:05 PM

Haha. I meant more from a personal perspective as an employee, rather than from a business owner perspective, i.e. what share of your worth to a company is enough to feel proper and keep you from taking your labor elsewhere?

1.) It has a high likelihood of terminating a relationship that might otherwise be doing well, a relationship that both parties want to maintain. 2.) If the relationship is not terminated, it has a high likelihood of diminishing the quality and closeness of the relationship. In short: it can very easily ruin a good thing. 3.) In the case of a marriage, it might come with penalties for the cheater. 4.) Even if you aren't married, many people react in horrible way to being cheated on and you possi…

It's just logical advice. I would tell a female friend or a male friend the same thing. If you want to stay in an LTR, it makes so sense to reveal infidelity on your part. "Kino," as the seduction community calls it, is essential. You want you intentions to be clear right away, but also subtle enough to be charming and flirtatious. Women aren't confusing at all, right?

I'll add the modesty bit to the daily goals. About two years ago, I was frustrated that I wouldn't always end my day with the to-do list completed. I decided to give myself a maximum of four important items to write on the to-do list. That's a little less than half of the 10+ that would usually end up on my list by the end of the day. I haven't had a problem completing a to-do list since implementing this limit.

I guess I'll give it a shot sometime in the future. Like I said, our conversations are rarely political. The only vaguely political thing she has discussed is Title IX, which she is opposed to. Arnold talks about struggling with this. He had a small appetite and got around it by eating many small meals every day. Not sure that the science totally check out, but I believe that a high-protein breakfast first thing in the morning helps to improve appetite through the rest of the day. Liquid meals like whey shakes should go down before solid foods, as it is very easy to consume large amounts of these drink foods easily, especially if they are sweet and tasty

Hack for shorter guys with taller girls: kino hard and position your bodies such that you feel larger to her. Physical dominance, doggy style with a hand on the shoulder/pulling hair helps them feel submissive and small. Also, for more mish-like sex, you can fold their legs (half lotus, one leg bent to the chest, fetal position, etc. I've fucked girls ranging from 4'10 to 6'2" and this definitely works to make a taller lady feel like a little girl beneath you. Thanks for bringing it back to sexual strategy/relatonships between men and women. The comments got out of scope talking about work. You also point out the feminine void in this domain, which is part of the point of asking a woman to define masculinity. It's somewhat a question of what I woman feels she is in the absence of a man.

So... Strength, emotional detachment, and decisiveness are bad traits in a man? Too much bravado and buzzwords, imo. But, you are GLO, so that's to be expected. It might also stand to reason that she is describing gaps in female nature, i.e. That they are emotionally attached, indecisive, and weak.

I use the terms interchangeably, or would specify ltr. Imo, a man can have multiple girlfriends. It's just easier to write gf. Same with using the term "dating" to describe hooking up and hanging out. It's and easier less disingenuous. I'm here for advice, though, not a semantics challenge.

For context, the only plan was trivia from 7:30p-9:30p. The team I was on with her won trivia, so we got some more drinks with our winnings. The crew went to a second bar and I was feeling it, but it turned to more binge drinking than I expected. You raise great points, though, re: living the life I want away from alcohol abuse. It's a bit of a struggle, because I live in a small college town, so drinking is the center of many social gatherings--especially ones with sexier girls. I'm working on …

yeah. this is cliche for a reason. I've ruined two relationships by being to blunt with women about their weight. First, it was anger, then appreciation, then self-loathing and resenting me for the honest criticism. Dread is best, but doesn't always work. If she's not getting her shit together after several weeks, just next and don't deal with it. You can't control your women.

Alpha is dependent on two sets of traits, virility/vitality and control/dominance. This gets lost so much in modern usage of "alpha," wherein the speaker is actually referring to internal strength and virtue. Alpha status is about your relation to others. Perhaps even more importantly, it is not a constant state or personality per se.

I think it can be used to escalate and provide positive feelings in a longer relationship with a girl. I also like that it's a unconventional compliment and slightly objectifies a body part. It's best paired with a non-physical compliment. Notice I also hedge the compliment by saying that an object (i.e. clothing) makes them look particularly good. You can learn it here on the trp subreddit. Don't rely on posts and comments alone, study the sidebar materials.

It doesn't have to go that way now that both are well-developed communities, though. Newbies can go straight to TRP and get the content plus more.
/r/TheRedPill07/07/18 07:39 PM

Frame/emotional discipline are great aspects of TRP teachings. I bet many guys on here have noticed that lifting, having fun (especially with friends), and getting laid regularly can help immensely with the emotional discipline.
/r/TheRedPill07/07/18 07:36 PM
1

This is an important takeaway on this whole discussion. While improving yourself might increase your attractiveness, approaching more and applying solid seduction tactics will inevitably increase your options. You don't have to be cheesy or robotic to participate in PUA. My go-to pick up line is "Hey, what's your name?"
/r/TheRedPill07/07/18 07:32 PM
2

There is also the problem of TRP's popularity and the resultant abuse/co-opting of the term. I had a guy the other day ask me quietly if I was "Red-Pilled," like we were in a secret fraternity or something. He then told me that the Ultimate Red Pill Truth is that Christianity is the best religion. I lol'd hard, but he was srs. I don't think I would ever here a PUA guy say that the teachings of Jesus are at the heart of game. Then again, you never know with people.

PUA concepts are much broader than you are giving them credit for. They are extremely useful and literally constitute some of the foundational and sidebar material in TRP. You don't have to make it your focus to get good at it. Think of it like any other hobby. There are bullshit gimmickers and bad advice in both PUA and TRP communities, but that doesn't invalidate either.
/r/TheRedPill07/07/18 07:06 PM
1

If you look into the history of trp, a lot of early users came from the seduction sub, which is a pua community. They are intertwined. Pick-up is a requisite tool in your sexual strategy toolbox. I like OPs notion that hardcore PUA: sarging, etc. can build you in the broader TRP-sense, i.e. confidence, frame, and power. Also, since pick-up is a numbers game, you are more likely to fuck more women if you practice it. Recently, I've really been into wing-manning for my male friends, but I'm notici…

Well, the definition/boundaries of said challenge is at the heart of my question. If someone says you need to "make" them stop a physical action, I'm wondering if that's really a great indicator that the situation is past words. At the time, I judged his words to be a challenge to fight him. I have considerable experience with training to fight and have recently been studying krav maga to take combat skills to another level. My point is just that ASD and LMR are RP truths about women and that, after awhile of dating women and being RP aware, it becomes so obvious that you can often sniff out and manage these behaviors long before the truth is revealed. This should be empowering for straight men. LMR? If she's naked in bed with you and saying you aren't having sex, she's lying! ASD? She says she's not a slut, but she'll definitely be a slut for you if you play your cards right.

I've used this a few situations now: other women approach me when I'm out with a plate, the "what are we?" shit test, and when other women come up in conversat…

I don't think that's what I said. Bullet 8 is where you say , "[I] stop[ped] flirting with other girls because of fear that I'll disappoint this (fwb) girl," which seems to be in conflict with what you really want. This step is so against what TRP tries to teach. Stop flirting: why? You are not committed, it comes naturally, and it advances your smp power. Fear: Not the mindframe to be operating from. Fear of losing a girl? Oneitis and scarcity mentality. You're in her frame at this step. Don't …

The alternating thrusts is a popular move in my roster. I keep a list of what they say they like, too, so it's pretty decent data. I generally wait until at least a few minutes into penetration to break this out. It mixes it up and she should be well stretched and wet for that level of pounding.

Some dudes feel that way. You gotta find your own meaning and value system. I personally enjoy dating. I don't spend much money on women ever, but still like going out on adventures and cultural indulgences with them. For me, the point is helping to build attraction and bond, and--more primarily, just to have a great time and expand my own experiences.

You shouldn't lean in on exceptions, though, because you're probably not going to be one. If you do choose this route, be aware of and take responsibility for the path you chose to take.

Honestly? I fucked a ons behind her back and got my mojo back. I face fucked my girlfriend to completion the next morning and our sex life was fine thereafter. In the three sexless months leading up to this, I was asking for sex and being far less dominant. I feel like the latter bit of information can save you from cheating if you don't want to go that route. I don't recommend my actions, it's just what worked for me in this LTR at two years in. Stronger men have better methods, imo.

Hey, man. I've struggled with ED and anorgasmia for awhile. The first step for me was to learn that it was anxiety-related and not physiological. This is normally the case for young men with ED, which is--admittedly--pretty rare for our demographic. I would not recommend the ghosting approach personally, because it seems weak and might subtly reveal your insecurities. You want her sex, so go for it. I've been approaching like a fiend this summer and have had a few women say, "I'm glad you came and talked to me at _______." So, for any guys who are caught up in their own shell and not pursuing women even though they want to be with them intimately, just think about that. You can give the gift of sex and romance to women. There is a (I think small) segment of society that is exceedingly anti-straight male. I was going raise this point about meetup being generally a bad outlet for meeting attractive women. I found some niche groups that have more women, specifically writing and yoga meetups. Leave your house, go somewhere crowded or at least with quite a few people, then approach and engage. Bring friends if you feel like it, as that can make it more fun and casual. Honestly, the specifics of where you can meet people are so varied that this general guideline serves just as well in their stead. You can go fucking bowling or raving or buy a sandwich. So, on the flipside, some men may fuck first and then decide to date. I just think this list is helpfully generally to protect guys from making mistakes with regards to love and attraction. In particular, I think it is good advice for helping men avoid--or at least be cautious about--their emotions and upgrading sexual partners or casual flings to something more than that. So, do you just walk up to girls and stick it in? "Dating" as it's used here is a broader term that doesn't just mean going on dates. It covers the spectrum from hooking up while single to LTRs. If you are one of these guys, I think you should be more honest with yourself and accept ugly truths more deeply. I think the right mode of control will emerge from this. I would still apply the 100 minus your age rule if you choose to do this. Do not just stuff 100% of your inheritance into a mutual fund. You will behave irrationally toward the money if you put that much of it in one spot. There are also high yield/high risk investments available and it's worth putting some of your money into these options, assuming you want to make quite a bit more.

Sorry if dupe question. What does AM stand for? Friends an I were bemoaning this female weakness earlier today, talking about the stupidity of gender-based affirmative action in STEM education. Bernanke hoes are getting bankrolled in science and engineering programs across America.

Yeah, good examples of the male version of this. See Hillarysdilddo_2016's comment about women who disdain hot men because they don't think they could extract commitment from them. It makes sense that some guys might say this out of insecurities about getting laid. Also, who the fuck doesn't like to see hip bones? They're up there with tit wobbles as far as great views in mish.

This is an interest take/insight on the set specifics. I definitely think her show would be different if more females had been present. Your comment is more what I was looking for in this discourse: some theory and creative consideration.

I agree with some of your points: Aim up in HB scale, low SMV women lack confidence, etc. I think, however, that behavior is more nuanced than you claim. Men shouldn't get into a relationship with a really hot girl thinking that AWALT is suddenly untrue or that they are somehow protected from ordinary sexual/relationship dynamics. The generalization that slightly above-average men don't seek validation is also a dubious generalization.

This is a very effective persona to establish. 99% truth, 1% lies when needed. You will develop a reputation for honesty and sincerity that is not unwarranted. This adds great power to your ability to deceive others.

What about guys who get queazy before approaching or professionals who get queazy the first time they are exposed to their job? I'd sat this is usually nerves and that your body doesn't always know what is and isn't good for you. Also, there is nothing in the post that implies lying and developing warm genuine, relationships to be mutually exclusive. You can be selective in how you deal with certain people and situations when it comes to truth.

I acknowledge this as generally true, but why wasn't she showing off a tubby dude with a funny profile? The static nature of dating profiles removes many elements of game and swipes/likes are heavily based on appearances. There is data to support this. I notice that they will act like they "spin plates," but actually just get oneitis bad and have commitment talks early with a woman less than two months in, i.e. "stringing them along" by making the women believe that there is LTR potential. LTRing requires you to take it a step further than you would with plates/in field (opening/closing girls). Control is at the heart of a successful LTR with a woman, not indifference. Control plays a smaller role when spinning plates, I think its mostly physical control in the bedroom and self-control in maintaining frame, but its on easymode. Being cool with casual sex requires you to relinquish control over the person/s you are fooking. I would propose that Too much indifference will make you a…

Abs are muscles. They will get bigger if you train them. I'm not talking about visible abs, but next-level abs. Also, I didn't say shit about doing crunches and wouldn't recommend them.

I'm not an expert, so take my advice with a grain of salt. This is advice for decline sit ups: Control through every motion Just let you shoulder blades touch, not the small of your back. This maintains tension in your core and a fairly neutral spine on the extension. Round your spine carefully at the peak of contraction, from the bottom/midsection There are plenty of other ab exercises, too. I do posted leg raises, which don't require you to round your spine. One of the leg raise stations at my…

Fair enough. He did curl 100lb dumbbells. I'm not trying to do that. I think 100 sit ups in a day is manageable for any reasonably fit dude. Small muscle groups like shoulders and abs really do benefit from very regular exercise, even for nattybros.

/r/TheRedPill08/03/18 03:52 PM

This is not true. I'm not saying don't use weight (I definitely do much of the time). It really depends on your physique and strength goals. But the physics of declines and leg lifts (the exercises I mentioned) means that you are lifting body weight. Pull ups are effective without weight. Not knocking using weight, just denying that it is necessary for everyone.

I used to do abs once/wk and it just doesn't do as much. Chaz was right. I think someone else pointed out in the comments that abs need super regular work for solid results. Think of them like plants in your garden.

Note on the planks: I've heard that planks only need to be 2 minutes long or less. Supposedly, there is no benefit beyond that (unless you are just trying to set a PR for fun).

Even if Chaz uses Tren, he also does 100 fucking sit ups five days a week and it's effective. Stop diverting. He didn't just tell me to do them. He does them. Everybody in the gym observes this. I don't think he's doing it to pull one over on the cucks. Jesus, that word gets abused on this sub. I'm talking about how to develop visible abs further, sculpt and improve them. This is like saying that eating steak will give you the best biceps possible, so don't bother with hypertrophy. I know and and love my friends. We talk openly about illicit drugs. Some of them take steroids and are honest about it, others talk about how it might be nice to try them, but don't. We still hang out and work out and its fine. If you knew Chaz, you probably wouldn't think he was roided. He just doesn't look the part. I'm not saying I can't be wrong, I'm just saying that we have no reason to lie to one another when 1/3 of us use and nobody is judgmental. I'm actually going to plug steroids here:…

This is a minimum I set. As in: less is unacceptable and grounds for nexting. I know we both need regular sex. Neither of us like period sex much, so subtract those weeks in terms of coitus. Our normal pattern is 0-a few times on the week days (we're both busy as fuck) and then a bunch on the weekend. It suits me just fine. Most weekends we go out dancing or get to relax and it helps us to unwind and get in the mood. I had plenty of marathon/group/crazy sex in my early twenties and it's just not…

I've been told I'm hypersexual. I'm also getting older/in an intense course of study. Sometimes my focus isn't on sex. I don't rely on her for sex, so my libido is unrelated to my attitude towards our relationship. I definitely don't starve myself, haha. I eat about 3500 kcal/day.

I would try to remember the good, but not long for it. Be happy with the life that you have lived and move on. Banging other girls has always fixed heartache for me, but that sounds like it's not the case here. Try banging more.
/r/askTRP07/03/18 07:37 AM

Say no to the whatif oneitis and own your life. Just consider it practice. Failing is fine. If you can bag a higher quality girl and apply what you learned, it will that much more rewarding.

I do trust her and she has demonstrated trustworthiness. As I said, "trust, but verify." I'm a scientist, though, I'm not just gonna "go with my gut," that's lazy and not the best method. I control very little about this girl's life, actually. That's not my job and it sounds like a misuse of time. End game? I have goals for myself, but I take this relationship at face value in the present. No end game in mind.

Just to be clear, I don't do this/would never do this to plates. LTRs are a totally different situation and set of expectations.

Again, "Alphas" are not some static masterrace. And if you think that most powerful men play by the legal rules, you are a fool. I don't want to bring negativity into this, but that is just naive as fuck. Also, if you think prenups are airtight, do some research and stand very corrected. Also also, I'm never getting married, so I'm working with what I've got.

Crying about invasion of privacy is moralizing. She is not my asset, but she has some power to compromise my assets. Yes, I've given her that power, but there is an art to the war of love and I choose to balance her power.

Never claimed to be an alpha. I believe alpha/beta are modes, not static states. An LTR requires both in proper proportions. Chad can still get gonorrhea from a cheating slore. I'd count that as a loss. Try again.

Downvotes for crying to TV! J/K. One of my old roommates has one tattoo...and it's of Courage. Weirdest, most random tattoo, but he got it because he felt a strong emotional connection to the show. I'm not sure what you mean. If you could unpack the second and third sentences, we could dialogue. Regardless, we're both happy. I've been in unmanaged relationships and they weren't as good. Also, men are polygamous and women are hypergamous. A common saying is "women would rather share an alpha...." I've talked at great length with my paternal figures about this. It's something they all accepted in their day. I finally internalized that. Take it as you will.

Like 80% of female engineers end up unhappy and just as many leave the field. It's well-researched. If you go down this path, be prepared for a single income household in five years or less. I'm serious, look this shit up. It's one of the reasons all the diversity initiatives are a moneysink. A girl saying she'd make a bad mother is a great reason to not have children with her. Reading up on RSD scandal, I came across something that I think is relevant to this thread: "The dark truth of PUA is that it is a numbers game." Day game, online dating, or trudging through the bars, this will always be true. I absolute believe that TRP et al. has wisdom and effective strategies to share, of course, but none of it gets the results you want 100% of the time. Also, I think that if you pay for advice on picking up women, you're being dumb.

I seriously think you would benefit from dating and escalating with more women. Go have that kind of success with many girls. Have fun and learn about the fairer sex along the way. It seems like you misunderstand attraction. How many dates did you go on with this girl? I get the sense that it was one. If that's the case, you should not have been asking (read: begging) for a relationship. It sounds like you're young, but that's not readily accepted or normal in adult land.

If you stand out and are the real deal, career fairs are great I landed offers from Apple, Air BnB, and several other firms through career fairs. My girlfriend got no less than three job offers paying $25/hr+ just for her internship at our school's fall career fair. Redpilledaccordingly is correct, though. This method is just the obvious statistical choice. If you ever watch the movie Adam, he applies to over 100 jobs after losing his job as an electrical engineer. He ends up with his dream job …

The people talking about attractiveness are the most right here, I think. It's kind of like what "creep" really means. I'm a quiet, but engaged person, I like to listen to others and am most successful with women when I am enjoying myself. I've been the shy beta and I think that it's something like being moody and avoidant. You can take up space/energy despite remaining quiet, or you can allow yourself to be consumed by the space and energy around you. The shy beta cowers in a corner and doesn't…

I think it would be a real mistake to treat your family as a "side dish." But I see your point. I don't think that you're going to be a great father without having a different mission for yourself as an individual. How will you make good money? How will you unwind and find your own peace? How will you give your life a meaning that is self-contained?

Dealing with women and swallowing the pill can be very frustrating, but you need to overcome that and start reading. Internalize what you read (sidebar material, etc.) and learn the art of chilling the fuck out, especially over pussy. Don't you put that shit on a pedestal. If you're doing it right and you truly understand what nuisance women and their drama can be, then you should rejoice in the fact that these strategies allow you to invest less in terms of communications and commitment. I mean, that's a pretty significant event and, unfair as it may be, she might hold it against you or at least associate it with you. The timelines sync up. I'm not saying there can't be other explanations, but if you ask strangers online why your girlfriend isn't texting, you will get a torrent of uninformed and brash opinions, e.g. she is definitely sucking other cocks for attention. This is a much more judicious explanation that I can get down with. I will definitely be checking out these ideas out. I definitely tend towards what I consider conservative-but-bullish investment, i.e. buy and hold (but sometimes bail) and mostly the "blue-chip" stocks. This saves me time and stress. I also follow the 100-your age rule of risky investments, so "only" about 70-80% of my money is floating on the stock market and cryptocurrencies, which I think have far more upside than most peopl…

I have no need to lie or deceive people, since I'm not interested in making a profession out of this. I was homeschooled and very into math around the time I got into investing. semi-public sex is the tits. I can see your point, but I personally believe in very direct communication. How long have you guys been dating? Honestly, this stuff just kind of goes by the wayside for some people after awhile. I don't think it's a big deal, but I don't value texting very much (I rarely even carry a cell phone around with me), so I can't relate as well as others might. Not particularly. I'd say B+ (about 6.5-7in/17cm) in length and C- in girth (about 4.25in/10cm). Of course, I'm a big believer that your size varies a considerable amount during sex and that it is not critical to laying the pipe well (within reason, there are outlier exceptions, I suppose.)

My current main gf went from BMI of ~20 to BMI of ~22 and I shut that shit down. She's lost it all since I dropped the dread. You don't have to accept it. Chubby women are not attractive, period. Sage advice. I will never say no to advice, even if I'm going to ignore it later. I'm not ignoring this, though ;) One of my favorite things about TRP is just how intense and harsh guys on here can be. It is much different and more motivated from the mode of feedback from the school/home reality distortion field: "you can do anything", "nobody's perfect", "you have to give respect to get it", etc. Kindness is no doubt a virtue, but it can also be a vice. I eat around 3000 calories a day, 4k on a bulk. So many dudes have no perspective of what being short is like in terms of weight. Also, I have no desire to lose aesthetics for the sake of weight gain, that's just not my style.
