At least now elected officials are talking about men's issues. we can't change everything at once. Change is hard especially in the beginning.

But even men's spaces that exist don't talk about men's issues. they are mostly traditionalist who teach men to be a "gentleman" !

Maybe we have a different definition of what is "identity politics" I said in the post : The answer to female identity poilitics is male identity politics to create a balance. And when i say "identity politics" i'm not talking about hating women and blaming them for all the problems no no no what i mean is creating groups to monitor the bias against men in every areas and advocate for male friendly and egalitarian policy. Like the Global Initiative for Boys and Men: https://twitter.com/GibmUs
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates03/10/20 11:11 AM
1

How can we fight against the discrimination without creating men's groups to counter the hate from the feminists ?!
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates03/10/20 10:59 AM
1

We can't have egalitarian politics as long as feminist women create groups in every corner. the solution is to create a counter balance. this is what the men's rights movement is. Saying "Identity politics is the problem. What we need is egalitarian politics" is like saying war is bad therefore i don't want an army. Identity politics is only bad when you use it for discrimination, it's good when you use it to push against the discrimination.

If feminists care about men why she/he start the post by telling men to fix their own problems by their own ( man up ) ?! why she reduce men's problems to "showing vulnerability" (victim blaming) ? Why reframing men's issues as racial and class issues ?

In the US the anti domestic violence bill titled "Violence Against Women Act" and only women get services. Women are not just on top of poor black men. in many areas they are on top of white men from the same class. stop blaming classism. it's about misandry. Men who are raped by women they get mocked for it, whether they black or white. rich or poor. Women are privileged in society? no. they are privileged in some areas ? yes. and men are disadvantaged in some areas. The "men privileged / women…

I will tell you how does feminism hurt men. I do think men face problems that specific to men, but I think it's men's job to fix it. Like spreading different healthy body types for men or showing men how to be vulnerable. It's a problem that a men's movement built by men should solve. it's man's job to fix it ? why ? why women's problems are the responsibility of all the society but the men's problems are the responsibility of men only. Isn't that traditional gender roles ? by saying "it's man…

Critical race theory is very toxic, feminists who say that saying "men are trash" is not bigotry and discrimination against men is not sexism are the product of this theory when applied on gender. I've seen a post recently by a group of activist in a college or something (i don't remember exactly) started their statement on fighting racism by "fuck white people" ! this what fighting racism is about ?! We need tags to divide posts by issues (domestic violence, justice system, workplace etc etc ..) And we need to change the introduction : To discuss male issues from a perspective that is left-wing but includes criticism of feminism. The introduction need to be positive (what we fight for) instead of negative (what we are against, the word feminism shouldn't be mentioned)

Although in the developing world and particularly Africa, it is girls who are left behind in education. The same is not true in much of the West. In Iran women represent 67% of college graduates, in Algeria 60% are females. in Tunisia Morroco and a lot of other third world countries the same percentage .. Framing the education gap as a western problem is false.

It's mind blowing to see anti feminists MRA say feminism is needed in third world countries !! Unfortunately even men's rights advocates still think that feminism = women's rights. I'm anti feminism and still support women's rights. because feminism is anti men's rights. We don't need feminism, not even in Saudi Arabia and Iran. What we need is Gender Equality. (feminism and gender equality are two different things) Feminism is biased, feminism only recognize women's issues and ignore/silence anyone who talk about men's issues and blame all men for what other men did.

Yes it's fair that women's rights groups talk about women's rights but feminists say they are NOT women's rights movement ! theysay thet are THE movement for GENDER EQUALITY ! and everyone should be a feminst because feminism is for everyone. Feminists don't think men have issues. Men are considered the problem. that's why they create groups to "fix" men. I think the average person (man or woman) have less empathy for men. Both men and women accept "women and children first" rule. Why you can't understand that all countries are sexist against both men and women. but in different area ? For example in india when the government collecting data about domestic violence they give men and women two different questionnaires. for men the questions are from the point of view of perpetrator. but for women the questions are from a point of view of victim. isn't that sexist ? assuming that only women are victims is sexist. If we want to go towerd gender equality. we should stop makin…
