It is against policy for any employee or consultant, male or female, to sexually harass another employee by (a) making unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, or engaging in other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature, or (b) making submission to or rejection of such conduct the basis for employment decisions, or (c) creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment by such conduct. It is also against policy to engage in behavior that constitutes harassment of any kind, whether such activity would be considered to be sexual harassment or otherwise.

I guess sometimes businesses get it right... you don't have to be a female to be sexually harassed.
