If a guy did that at a party in front of everyone, he'd have gotten his ass kicked by at least one other guy and several females, well before anyone called the cops... not that it would be the right thing to do, but it's what would happen.

The girl who did that to you should have been at least prosecuted, too - and the people who stood by and laughed instead of confronting her for sexually assaulting you are fucking assholes. It's not funny, and it shouldn't have happened. Hell, after all of the training girls get in high school and college about why it's not okay for something like that to be done to us, a girl should know better than to do it to anyone else, male or female. It's shameful that someone at that party did not speak up for you. You deserve better than that.

That they were comfortable laughing instead is one of the social attitudes we need to fight to change.

semi relevant to my story any way I have an Asian friend who is a complete light weight 1 or 2 beers and he completely blackouts and wakes up with a pen in his ass, he ask people who went what happened and know one said they knew what happened but it was probably just as a joke and shouldn't worry about it, I told him to report it but he already decided to play it off as something not worth bothering with.

I was blackout drunk after a concert where I ran into an ex. The group I was with included friends and friends of friends. One of the friends of friends saw that I was quite drunk, and proceeded to make sure that I always had a drink in my hand for the rest of the night. She, on the other hand, was stone-cold sober.

As the night pressed on, my memory of events slipped away. When it was clear that I was too drunk to get myself home, this friend of a friend volunteered to walk me to a cab and take me home. This never happened, mind you... as I awoke in a daze to her grinding on top of me, while my pants were on the other side of the room. Thank God that my ex (the one I ran into at the concert, an event which triggered the sad drinking spree) felt the urge to drunk dial me in the middle of the night after getting home from the bars herself. It was the sound of the ring I had programmed for her number in the phone which woke me from my stupor.

When I realized what was happening, I shoved the lady off of me, and ran to get my pants. As she could see that I was panicking, she yelled out "Don't tell anyone, or else I'll scream rape!"

I left immediately, without looking back. I called my ex back, but didn't mention what had just happened, as I was still quite groggy and nauseous. Thankfully I never ran into this woman again, as I don't know how I would've reacted. Sadly, this was many years ago, and at the time I didn't realize what she had done was rape. It made me feel like I was at fault... but she was sober, I was passed out. No consent was given.

Months went by, and I developed an STI. Seeming as I'd not had much action since that night, and because I ALWAYS used a condom, I knew it came from her. Now, years later, occasionally the symptoms of what I picked up from her return... and I have to be more careful with my wife, to make sure that she doesn't contract it.

When I was 13/14 I went to a party at some girl's apartment. I got really drunk and was barely aware of what was going on. Her fat friend decided to sit on me and force me to make out with her. She gave up because I didn't really respond at all and announced something to the group about said lack of response. She gets off me, I go to the bathroom and try to puke, but can't. I go outside to get some fresh air. Someone talked to me...I think some punk-rock guy, but who knows. I head back in...puke on a stairwell (it COVERED the stairwell). Somehow I end up laying in bed in a room with some people and I passed out. I got home somehow and the next day my friends tell me what happened. Apparently she got into bed with me and had her hands in my pants/etc. Instead of stopping her, they all just thought it was funny.

That was like 14/15 years ago. I didn't really feel "victimized" or anything like that. It bothered me a little bit, but it really wasn't that big of a deal. I do agree though that if the sexes were reversed, I would have probably been in jail.

I would go to the police. You have witnesses. A definite sexual assault. By feminist definitions, you've been nuclear-raped. I don't have a similar story myself. It is "ass backwards" though, as you said.

I appreciate all the replies ladies and gents. I have to say I'm not going to press charges mainly because this was so long ago and I don't associate with most of the people involved with the exception of one or two. Many of them were my friends at the time of the incident. Also like someone mentioned I don't feel distraught enough to attempt to put someone I don't know through the possibility of jail time.
