What are the political views here?

I want Government, The Church, and business to stay the hell out of my life. I don't want any of those three telling me what I can, and cannot do. If I want to smoke marijuana, I should be able to smoke marijuana. If I want to marry another dude, I should be able to marry another dude. If I want quality goods and services for my hard-earned money, I want the ability to demand such from whomever is providing said goods and servcies. And, lastly, I want those three to stay out of each others affairs as well.

Neither mainstream party. Here's my thoughts on important issues.

Guns..Awesome, less laws are needed. NFA laws are unneeded as with money and time they can be circumvented. Basically it's setup to keep nicer guns out of common peoples hands.

Drugs...legalize 'em. What you put in your body is your business, until it effects someone it should not be a crime.

Abortion...Pro Choice

Religion....Has no place in politics and anyone that udders the word god in a speech should not be allowed to run

I guess I'm whatever else... not fully conservative, not fully liberal, but don't identify with another political party. I have my own standard and position on pretty much every issue, some more important to me than others, but no one party or ideology's platform fits my set. So I guess I'm just politically weird. :P

As of a few years ago I considered myself left of center, but as I have become more informed on political theory and men's rights I find myself leaning right. The modus operandi of the left is class warfare, entitlement politics, and equality of outcomes. Men's rights will never be taken seriously under that value system, as men will always be cast as the oppressor class, no matter how badly they are actually faring in real life.

The values of personal responsibility, self sufficiency and equality of opportunity are much more conducive to supporting men's rights. However, the pedestalization of women, demonization of men, and white knight ethics displayed by many social conservatives must be vigorously opposed.

I'd call myself a Democratic Socialist. Basically here in Canada the New Democratic Party. More left winged than the Democrats in the US...way more left winged.
