Yes you can. You are not the employer. You can say who can and cannot enter your house. If you were not the victim of abuse, I would say it's a pretty shitty thing to do. But in your case I'll make an exception. Just as I would make an exception for the victim of rape.

After 6 months prosecutor FINALLY hears the FACTS for the FIRST time and immediately realizes the 'victim' is lying and and dismisses the charges, but refuses to charge the liar who caused the arrest.

Sue for damages; defamation, anxiety, lost income, court costs, etc. Get creative. You'd be surprised how fast these things add up.

I feel for you. Note that just because the DA doesn't want to bring criminal charges against the women, it absolutely does not mean that you can't start a civil lawsuit on your own. In civil court, all you need is 12 people who feel sorry for you, and you can get a lot of money.

You can sue whoever you want in civil court: the city, the police, individual cops, anyone who has money. I say go for it (you can probably find an attorney who will represent you an a continegncy basis: you don't pay anything, he only gets paid by getting a cut of your settlement if you win).

We need more men doing this! Nothing changes a government's behavior like a big fat lawsuit. There are way too many stories about men spending months in jail on idiotic claims, because the police failed to ask the most basic questions before throwing some poor sap in the slammer, where he waits several months for the DA to get off his/her ass and eventually drop the charges.

Unlike your experiences with the toxic women you seem to have been unfortunate enough to have gotten into relationships with, if this repair woman has no reason to want to do you harm then your chances of false rape accusations are about as likely as getting hit by a truck in your living room.

My grandfather was a lawyer and while he was alive the system seemed okay. Then he died and we quickly learned that the law, no matter how much those wielding it like to say so, is not actually there to protect you. Based on our experiences since, I'd say you're lucky if the judge you get is not willing to be bribed by the jackasses causing you trouble. Or maybe it's just a Texas thing.
