If society is serious about combatting "toxic masculinity", why is there then no placed value on male bonding and male friendships?

The Boy Scouts, which were one of the last remaining establishments of male bonding, were just infiltrated 4 years ago, and ever since I think the social value and importance of male bonding has gone down the drain. Yes men have always been serious about earning eachother's respect this is not new, but is one thing to earn the respect of other men, is another to flex things in a superficial and materialistic matter so that other men can get a hold of your call to attention. Then society has the nerve to claim that men are at fault for their so called lack of socialization into mainstream society.

And why are all male gatherings outside of sociopolitical and heterosexual/homosexual settings viewed still as some sort of "misogynistic" get-together? I never got this. Meanwhile women can literally have women-only spaces in public spaces like gyms and schools and nobody bats an eye.

And the media portrayals don't help either. All male friendships are viewed as mockeries, pissing contests or just men using eachother, what a load of crock.
