For sex? Absolutely.

For relationship? No. It wouldn't be satisfying long term.

The older men who are obsessed with younger women, are boring AF or trying to hold on to their younger years, I find. These are men who have the money and lifestyle to attract younger women for sex. The average Joe is gonna come off creepy.

The reality is, men are people. They like sex, yes. But they also want intimacy, love, and companionship. A man of 55 is gonna want a woman within his own age range so she can participate in the things he likes which isn't gonna be partying, drinking and chasing hedonistic activities.

Imagine being middle aged and hanging around doing shit 20somethings like. It looks stupid. You feel stupid. It's not enjoyable because a 20something is like a kid to you. And their manner of thinking and perception of the world will eventually grate on you.

I saw a comment on YT the other day of a Japanese proverb:

"You get used to an average face in 3 days. You also get used to a pretty face in 3 days."

Looks and sexual attraction and sex are only fun for so long, then you will always want more than that. And I don't think relationships with big age gaps provide it.

As a women, seeing older men with young women makes me feel creeped out, sad, and concerned.

I don’t think young girls have enough life experience to stand up for themselves, get out of toxic or controlling situations etc, so power imbalances like that are deeply concerning for me.

Also it’s just suuuuper gross seeing guys in their 40’s plus trying to seduce or date 18-25years olds. Also even in 30s trying to date somebody under 21 is deeply disturbing. Viewing these girls like trophies and prey rather than human beings. Plus again I know when I was that age I didn’t have enough life experience, I dated a guy who was 27 and even then he took advantage of me and my lack of experience before I wised up.

I think it has a lot to do with the over sexualisation of girls in society and media in general. Mixed in with a bit of Peter Pan syndrome

I'm 25 soon to be 26, and I wouldn't even consider dating a woman below 21.

I live in a small town. Most people my age have moved away and the few who have stayed are already partnered up and have let themselves go like crazy. Therefore, I know that any pretty girl I see in public is almost certainly a minor. Even if I wanted to hit on them and was in the position to, I wouldn't.

Maybe someday, I'll be able to move. Until then, I'm not chancing it.

Personally, i don't think it's about age, i think it's about looks, age being a proxy for looks. I'd much rather fuck 50 year old Jennifer Lopez or Angelina Jolie over most 20 year olds i know. Would most older men hook up with yonger women if they can/could? I guess so.

I'm 43 and I think my lower bound would be 35, past that they're probably going to be missing too many cultural references. And you have to consider the speed you live at, if I went to a nightclub now I'd probably be asleep before it filled up.

Honestly dating an 18 year old sounds like an absolute nightmare. Young people are idiots, we will have almost nothing in common, our activities will be very different and I'll have to have that conversation with every person we meet that no she's not my daughter and then they'll just think there's something wrong with both of us. And to be honest if I met a 43 year old dating an 18 year old I'd think the same.

I think a lot of people do it or want to because they're chasing their youth, trying to right the wrongs the made or take the chances they let pass at the time. Me, I've made peace with my past so that doesn't appeal to me.

It’s not considered taboo to say a lot of older men would find young women physically attractive. In fact, it is generally believed that men prefer “younger women”. However, older man project their own desires and hit on uninterested young women which taboo because it is creepy.

Also, Older men wanting to sleep with 18/19 years old literal teen at best is creepy or at worst ehebephilie, which is certainly taboo for good reasons. Red pill men tend to have specific sexual preference for teenager and very young women which is pretty messed up.

Studies shows that both men and women’s sexual interest evolve over time, meaning that most people would find a young person attractive but there would a minimum age they would actually have sex with. So, basically most 40 something men is likely to have a minimum age of young women he would be sexually interested in.

When the rubber meets the road, many of us older guys would actually pass on it. I simply could not get past the: she is a kid, you protect kids, not F*ck them.

There are more than a few guys that would act on it, we call them creeps.

I imagine it's the same for the reverse. Some older women like young fuck bois, but to be honest, seems creepy to me. Some older women just wouldn't be into it. Depends on the individual.

Always seems like older people going after younger tail are just trying to make up for some perceived missed opportunity or clutch on to their youth. Reads as kinda pathetic to me.

Why would you expect a person who has little or no sexual experience to have a good skillset? That's the general consensus among older people I live and work with, that sex with younger is only good for the ego boost. The sex itself is crap.

Younger men are also more physically attractive to women, but most women aren’t into exploiting children. If you’re 30, 20yo’s are kids relative to your age, same with 15 and 20. I promise you most 15-25 year old boys would take any chance to sleep with an older woman, but we don’t exploit that because most of us aren’t creepy predators. I had adult men oogle me since pre-puberty, I have to doubt most of them would sleep with the youngest girl possible if they could. I still hope there are empathetic men with fatherly instincts towards younger girls and boys, who don’t get aroused by feeling like someone’s parent. But it’s likely a tiny minority.

What the eff you going on about red piling? What a lame ass way to communicate. And I'm 41 and recently nailed a hot 20 year old. Ive nailed girls 7 or 8 years younger. Not hard if you look good. I also look about 33.
