I dont have a solution. You are finding that in modern society, not everybody have sex. Sex is reserved to handsome men (mostly tall or rich men) and young women.

Old women get to feel exactly the same that you are feeling, nobody even touches them. So don't get angry, the disney story of meeting a girl and marrying for life is over long time ago, now has mutated to indiscriminate sex for hot men, and young women, and nothing for everybody else.

And I totally believe that women not only ignore you, they actively attack you and are dangerous to you. Women are nature's selector. They only have sex with what they consider the top 10% of genetically superior males. That is, tall, hansome, muscular men. The rest they not only ignore, they actively try to extract any resource available (time, money, etc.) and if they can't they literally attack you for being of inferior genetics. Its kinda shocking because you basically did nothing to them except being unattractive but thats the way nature is. Women are revolted, nauseated and just plain hate the fat, short, poor or otherwise unattractive men. They literally hate you for being ugly and if you dare talk or contact them in any way, they get repulsed and offended.

Best action is to avoid them altogether.

After this advice I spent a long time learning to accept myself for myself, learning to love myself for who I am, learning how to after my own body, and to be the kind of person I want to be. All resulting in a greater amount of confidence after which I finally started to having a actual dating life. Prior I felt very much like how you sound now.

Not sure if any of this helps but I'm sure you'll get through this. Also working and studying at the same time is hard, fact your doing it and surviving should be super proud of yourself, your laying the ground work for a super bright future.

Confidence. (Fake it until you make it.) Also be clear what you want out of a relationship, when you do something for the girls that friendzoned you, tell them you think she is pretty and want to be with them.
Dress well, women like that a lot. Trim your beard, get a haircut.
Get a gym membership, get swole, Lookup powerlifting 5x5 programs, women like strength and displays of power. .... Bonus points get 2 gym memberships do Muay-Thai or Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. (this will majorly help your confidence)
Get a well paying job, either with a degree or a trade aprendiceships.
Own your own place.
Own your car.

This will take time, and it shows women are as shallow as men, but it's the reality.
