My ex cheated on me with one of her work colleagues. So YOUR point is mute. I also know plenty of women who've cheated on their boyfriends and husbands. Heck, some of my perfectly cheerful, amicable male friends became alcoholics and drug addicts because their women first cheated and then left them for other men. I have a friend who's paying almost 40% of his income in alimony to his ex-wife, who is now living with her boyfriend. Unlike you though, I still wouldn't blame all women for this. It's just a handful. But most of them tend to use feminism as a crutch to do or justify these kind of deeds. That's why I'm an anti-feminist!

And it’s because there’s so many deadbeat dads out there who just bugger off and leave the woman high and dry with all the kids to raise and that that’s reality.

Easy solution: Don't keep opening your legs every time you see a hot guy. Not all that glitters is gold, hun.

There are a little over 166.7 million women in the US, out of those women she’s most likely in the group of women that are in the 60% range of being the most beautiful. That’s what I’m talking about. 100 women line up is like the sample size of a small town in Iowa and saying “rate these women from 1-10 using your system on just this amount of women and say she’s hotter than 60% of them”. You’re being too specific with a generalized grading system designed to statistically recognize them at a tier of beauty that encompasses 166.5 million other women in America alone to be just as beautiful as them and being hotter than over 100 million other women statistically. But with over 66.5 million more beautiful than her, because roughly 40% of women are hotter than her and just in the US alone. Stop trying to make it seem like a ridiculous concept by limiting the sample size of women.

The chances of running into a more beautiful woman than her is 40% out of all the women in America, and that all depends on the averages of each tier of women that live in your area. If the average looks of your area are 5’s then it’ll be pretty hard to find a 10, so even an 8 will make you over judge them. That’s why the internet is so wonderful for guys because every one can truly find out what an actual 10 looks like and to figure out the other tier standards easily world wide, country wide, and area wide.

I don’t use instagram, once you know what’s out there you can stop pining over women that have bad personalities, bad demeanor, and generic looks. My dating life immediately became better once I figured out what my standards are in those 3 categories because that’s the hallmark of understanding the world around you and what kind of people are in it. Not all women that are physically considered a 10 are dating material based on the 30 point system I mentioned to others. Their beauty is only 10 points of that system, the other 20 are split between personality and demeanor.

For example, if you meet a true honest 10 by the statistical standards of what most men would think is a 10 in beauty, and she has no personality and has a horrible demeanor then that would mean she’s only a 10 out of 30. If you meet a girl like the one in the picture and she’s a 6 in looks, if she has a personality that’s a 6 and demeanor that is also a 6, then she would be an 18 out of 30 and still be a better dating option than than the 10 who only has her looks. Those instagram girls may only be 10 out of 30 women or a little higher, but the looks rating system is designed to evaluate physical attraction across women he spectrum of women based on what the majority thinks a woman rates in that area. Same goes for personality and demeanor, and a 30 would be someone that everyone can like, get along with, be happy to be around, and not take their eyes off of.

Meaning, the top 1% of women, are women who are 30 out of 30. They have that level of beauty that can’t be comparable to other women, and their personality along with their demeanor is something that isn’t comparable to others based on how amazing they are. But we can’t evaluate that unless we can see what their personality is or their demeanor since this is a looks rating of a photo, you use reasonability of statistics and not subjective opinions to gauge that score. I don’t think 40% of the world looks better than her I know that they are. She might be considered better looking if you’re not use to women looking like that but on the whole if every guy evaluated her she’d most likely be either a 6 or possibly a 7, but not an 8,9, or 10. There are way too many good looking women that can out score her on physical beauty alone to state she can reasonably match up with someone that is truest one of the best looking people you can possibly find in the entire country.

Thank you for explaining. I'm glad it doesn't apply to current partners, as I've seen a lot of stories of people leaving their partners cause of things like having to have their breasts removed due to cancer etc and it's always so sad.

While I don't generally like rating systems for people, it just feels... cold to me I guess. Each to their own and if it works for someone then great. I'd hate to be rated myself, I already have an inferiority complex without being paranoid about numeric values on my looks etc. 😅

It's also nice to see it not just focusing on looks and including personality and such too. My rating system would be way different if I had one, since I tend to prefer the cuddly guys I'm not focused as much on body and looks, while it does play a part of course its not the biggest factor to me.

It's interesting to see how others think and I'm always interested in learning how others think and how they view the world. So thank you for providing me with some new information. 😊

Guys use this system to prevent themselves being with a toxic partner that’s entitled and treats others horribly. The hardships of men and women in dating are very different along with what they value in a partner, naturally there would be differences in what men and women value in a prospective partner so comparing or judging them is unfair. My best friend from when I was younger had breast cancer and I never discounted her for that, if someone deserves your support and care then you’re not going to abandon them over the bad hand of cards they’re dealt in that part of their life.

Also, a girl could be a 10 in looks but a 0 in the other 2 areas. So a normal looking girl with a great personality and demeanor would outrank her. So it’s not the value of beauty that matters entirely. You should be more confident, you obviously have a lot better demeanor than other women commenting on this, you also seem like you have a better personality, and you’re also pretty good looking too.

Oh of course I understand how different dating is for men and women. Women do often get dates way easier than men, I've got guy friends who struggle to get dates and they're really nice guys so it confuses me how they struggle. It seems pretty unfair in all honesty. But I've also seen some horrific men online (along with women of course), it's so hard to gauge people now, I've had bfs who were so amazing at the start but then turned into abusive assholes. And guy friends who've been abused by their gfs. Its a game of luck it seems whether you'll actually find someone worth your time. At least from what I've personally seem. Not saying it's like that for everyone, just from my own and my friends experiences.

I think that may be because I'm curious and like to understand people's way of thinking, so even if it's something I don't agree with I still like to know more. I generally try to always be polite and understanding, I find manners to be very important. I personally don't think I'm good looking (body dysmorphia and a lifetime of bullying sucks), but thank you for the compliment. 😊 I'd say my personality is like marmite, because I'm very introverted and a bit socially awkward so I tend to stay indoors and game or binge watch TV shows. But I still like to think I'm a decent person who is kind and not an asshole. Just, shy and introverted. 😅

Totally understand, not everyone is good at judging people, understanding what they want or what they desire in a partner, or can see the signs that someone is fake or untruthful. I grew up with narcissistic parents so it helped me learn before I was 18, along with my first 2 girlfriends, what a terrible person that’s faking their personality and demeanor looks like. So when I went to college I knew what I was worth, what my boundaries were, and how to tell the subtle signs that someone was not being genuine. I stopped caring what others thought of me and cared about who I was and my individual standards for who I wanted to be for my own self worth, not swaying to appease others as I was looking for personal happiness that I could extend to the right person. Ever since I’ve figured it out my dating life drastically improved to the point where I found someone amazing that I married and started a family with. Leading up to meeting her I had countless encounters with women that were extremely good and bad. The best ones helped me understand how I wanted to be treated in a relationship by giving me the affection, courtesy, and respect that a loving partner should without being toxic or taking advantage of me. The bad ones always stood out and were all playing nice until rejection stared them in the face, then their true colors shined through their mask and I always let them know that I knew they were being fake which is why I rejected them. Not so much a game of luck as a game of experience and awareness, luck is only in the initial time and place you meet that person that’s good for you.

About 95% of the people I knew around me that got married around the same time as me have since been divorced, and it’s largely been either from rushing the relationship into marriage or from the 5 year hurdle of curiosity that there may be something better out there for you before thinking you’re content with what you have and are willing to see it through to continue being happy. I’m lucky enough to have a wife that’s not only really high in all categories but also is extremely loyal to our relationship on the same level as me, doesn’t mean we haven’t had those feelings but we worked through them by communicating really well together.

I sadly can't tell when someone is being fake. I think my autistic brain just can't recognise it. I've been dating assholes for 17 years now, but still can't tell who's faking bring nice and who's just nice. Its kinda sucky and I'm losing hope rapidly. But if it comes down to it'll I'll just be alone and focus on myself and things I enjoy. In a way I'm glad you had those experiences so you could end up with the outcome you did, it still sucks dealing with assholes but it got you to where you are so it guess it was a blessing in disguise. 😊

At most only one of my friends is engaged. We're all between 25-30 so I wouldn't really expect most of us to be married yet. This is one point feminists often discuss, and that’s beauty standards. Then again, discussing beauty standards isn’t reserved for feminism alone. We often talk about how one is deemed less valuable or “ruined” depending on their appearance, and how said judgement is undeserving. For example, this very post. If anything, you guys are reinforcing one of many reasons as to why feminism exists, because you’re displaying you’re harsh judgment and mocking her because she dares to choose how she dresses.

You are mocking her because she’s no longer deemed valuable/conventionally attractive, while in reality her appearance should be irrelevant. You’re claiming she’s mentally unwell as an insult, not coming from a place of genuine concern. You’re claiming she’s just rebellious, you’re claiming she’s gross. For what? Why should people be insulted because they look different?

She’s not doing anything wrong, you guys are just mad because she’s no longer conforming to your standards of beauty. Let her be happy with who she is and leave her alone.

I was raised in the church, and studied hard. I know the teachings of god. hell, i still pray on occasion. All that those years of study and practice led me to was emotional turmoil and thoughts of suicide. you know what helped me? learning to not judge myself by such strict standards and to just be okay with who i am. religion is not a catch-all "cure" for people being different from you.

One final thing and then ill stop writing for now: you have no fucking clue how much i contribute to my community. you just assumed that in a bad faith because of how i was talking. people are way more complex than you make them out to be, and if you really truly believed in philosophy, intellectualism, and open mindedness, you would never assume the worst of people who are different.

My philosophy in terms of ethics are machiavellianism and confucianism so i understand that people dont exactly do things with malicious intent as they will 99% of the time they feel they are doing whats right in their mind (unless they're mentally ill).

Everyone has different code of ethics but what are codes of ethics for if it is not meant to be enforced for the benefit of ones community? I want my ethics enforced not yours as i believe my code of ethics will benefit society instead of your code of ethics.

i tried seeking christian therapy and all i got was judgement, if anything at all. secular therapy has helped me way more than anything else has.

if i were to follow the rules and cultures of my respective region, i would be living out on a native reserve, learning to ride horses and make arrowheads out of obsidian.

i believe my ethics of "dont be a dick to random girls for making life decisions that conflict with yours" would better society much more than the ethics youre putting into practice

i DID get the wrong treatment, youre right! i went to treat the symptoms, not the actual issue. once i started addressing the issue, my christian therapist said i should find someone else. also, who are you to judge if someone's personal testimony is BS???
