It's judges like these that make me question why we have a judicial system at all. If judges get to act like crazed beings instead of being held at a higher standard for being in a very unique position I really can't trust the courts. Seriously, wishing jail on someone for something like this and on top of not taking the fact that the defendant was living with cancer is ludicrous.

It's just common knowledge that as a man, if you get a female judge, you're screwed. Not 100% of the time, but often enough that it's a rule with exceptions, instead of exceptions to the rule of impartiality.

It's a sad indictment of society that we would complain about someone's difficulty and not offer to help if the result of that difficulty annoyed us: some would rather the person be punished and still have to look at the mess than lend a hand to clean it up.

I had a similar situation with a neighbour complaining about attention to a garden, because I was struggling, but they deliberately drove over the garden making holes and destroying plants, making it worse, as punishment, yet they had to look at a worse situation as a result of their behaviour. Their illogic defied belief.

It's no coincidence when women are more emotionally and less rationally moderated.
