My wlw sisters need to be careful too, that there’s not an unhinged boyfriend waiting in the wings. There can be a false sense of security when you’re dating other women so I’d still urge the normal protocols of meeting in public and vetting.

Guys I’ve talked to on OLD in the past sent flowers my jobs reception, went to the same bar I go to just to run into me. Last week, I got approached by some guy while grabbing coffee, apparently he recognized me from the app Ive used 2 years ago. He talked to me like I was his old friend but I was disturbed cause idk who he is! I’ve talked to so many men there, now these creeps recognize me on the streets and I don’t remember their name.

I was just reading a rant about how dating apps are awful for men…and I’m sitting here like yup uh huh ok. I’d love to see the percentage comparison of men to women who go on there and pretend they are single but really have someone waiting for them at home.

I worked in the same office as a super successful older male attorney and he actually thought that E Harmony did background checks. 😂😂😂 We had to tell him they absolutely do not.

This is why I am uncomfortable with meeting men via OLD. It's much harder to verify the identity of a stranger you met online and he can turn out to be a psychopath.
