I feel like on top of having excellent game you have to be very physically attractive to pull it off, and even then, you're competing with endless swipes with online dating. So, don't think it's great now. I agree late 90s early 2000s was the best time for it.

I actually strongly disagree with the premise.

I’m in my 40’s, became single again a few years ago, and this day and age is good for me, but I’ve aged very well, have a lot of money, am tall.

When I was young, late 90’s/00’s, I was broke, drank way too much, and I was very high numbers. Honestly, be a 7/8, funny, and like to party and you get laid without strategy. If you try hard, god damn, you’re triple digits by 23.

The lifestyles of todays young women are just not designed for PUA’s as much as past women. People stay in a lot more today, a lot more. People just flat out hung out outside a lot more. Streets in youthful areas were packed with men and women literally doing nothing, just not wanting to be home alone. I still live in a college town and it’s almost sad to me, people are indoors so much more. This is not good for PUA’s.

Flat out, this doesn’t even take into account that everyone flat out has less sex and less sexual partner than 10, 15, 20, 30, 40 years ago.

Everyone keeps thinking this is some new sexual era, that’s complete bullshit, you young people fuck less, fuck less people, cheat less, and are just a lot less interesting in having sex….you guys don’t even know what boredom is….I had sex more than once on my dorm floor because me and a girl (friend only) literally had no idea what else to do, so we just said let’s see how sex is with each other. (And no, I don’t have a large penis, which girls most assuredly did just hook up with those guys to see what it’s like, I actually had a rumor that it was small, which it also isn’t, because I didn’t want to hookup with a girl anymore in the dorm that I only hooked up with because I was too drunk, was truly a gnaw your arm off type of morning).

I used to be one of the best PUA's when I was younger almost legendary... but have gone MGTOW now....the market place is not what it is anymore:

a) more women know about PUA's - they call them f*ckboys, and incel losers, and don't want to associate with them

b) womens expectations and standards have gone up exponentially since then you won't get past the first filter, of being a tall giant... if you are under 6ft forget it....

c) women bring nothing to the table anymore, they have become vacuous money sucking machines, happy to spend your money and give nothing in return, in the past women wanted to find love and companionship and would return with kindness if a man had good character, now its all about how do I be an only fans model so I can make money from simps? men with good character are derided and are basically called sexless homosexuals...

Brother.... in this modern age... to save your life.... MGTOW is the answer..... as the juice ain't worth the squeeze..

I've said it before and I'll say it again, the dating market initially looks horrific if you are a male, but when you think about it, it is probably easier now than ever to get yourself to being a top 20% male. There is more information about the real nature of women, game, ways to improve your physique, etc... than there has ever been in human history. All you need is an internet connection. That's not an end all be all for all men (the 5 foot 4 guy will still be 5 feet 4 no matter how much he works on improving himself), but given all the information out there and the weak competition, there is a lot of opportunity for men to improve themselves and do a lot better.

I don't understand what's the point of all the PUA gimmicks. Just be social and have a good time, the sexual partners will come naturally. I've had had tons of sexual partners and I don't even know what PUA do. I didn't know about PUA until a month ago lol
