Women are asking to not be sexually harassed, assaulted, sexualized, preyed on while being minors, etc. We are also asking for more than the bare minimum in relationships. Being protected from these things is human right, not an impossible standard, and if men want to push these boundaries then yes, they are being toxic and dangerous.

In what way is Zelenskyy doing any of the things mentioned above to women? He's too busy protecting his country so yes he deserves to be praised for it, seems like you're only complaining about a man you're not in the least bit similar to Bill, but keep dreaming.

For as much as they hate each other, the men of the left and right seem to bond over the idea that feminists are to blame for men's problems. Why isn't the same energy put into blaming the billion-dollar porn industry, which warps young boy's perspectives, self-esteem, and damages their minds? Why isn't the same energy from men Bill's age put into setting a good example for young men?

I could only get through two minutes. Men really just don't understand what toxic masculinity is versus masculinity. You can have masculinity without toxicity. I like masculine men. I like men that are actual protectors when need be. Not guys that call themselves "alphas" and call women females and think they are alphas just because they need to abuse women in order to orgasm. *disclaimer- when I say men and women here I’m referring to each group as a class, not saying every man or every woman is like this.

Or maybe, for literally thousands of years, men have devalued females and femininity, treating us like disposable objects and acting like the work we do (including reproductive and domestic labor as well as traditionally female-majority jobs) is less important and necessary to society as the work they do is. In many cases they straight up deny our full humanity, seeing women as evil, or a lesser evolved or incomplete man.

So eventually women hit a breaking point, there’s enough of an educated leisure class of women with the time and technology to communicate with each other and form social and political organizations to push back on this idea and advocate for our rights. We win some rights, but still men don’t see us as equal in humanity.

So now women start realizing that in order to have equal power in society, we need to take on certain male roles like working outside the home in order to have economic power. But still we are expected to do traditionally female work inside the home and bear children as well. So the current state of affairs is that women in an effort to gain respect and independence have taken on both the traditionally male role and the traditionally female one. Men in response have abandoned a lot of the traditionally male roles that pertain to being husbands and fathers, but not taken on traditionally female domestic tasks.

Now a lot of men are feeling like there’s no niche for them, no place in society. And that’s understandable but also not true and not feminists or women’s fault. And at this point we can’t go back to “the way things were” because most western men absolutely do not want to support women or children, they just want tons of casual sex with various attractive virgins.

If we gave those men what they wanted, if all women immediately left the workforce and put out for any scrote who asked, not only would they run out of virgins real fast but humanity would die out as women and children starved to death or died of exposure.

So what’s the alternative? They can try to meet us half way. The men we call HVM here are those who either take on the full traditional male role as provider even though they don’t have to, allowing some women to take on the traditional female role in the family, or they are willing to take on some of the traditional female roles in recognition that we are taking on some of their roles (men who cook, clean, care for their kids, make appointments, pay bills, etc. not because they’re helping us out with what they see as our job, but because they’re adults and these things need to get done). These men benefit from not just having stable households and families, but from having a truly equal partner, because they recognize our humanity. If women having jobs means some men no longer feel like having a job makes them a man, that’s not something we can fix for them.
