Well unless you like being slapped across the face you should probably avoid her and the mutual friend. Sarah is a bigot who enjoys physically attacking people she has prejudice against it seems and it's not like you've got any way to get back at her since you're probably not going to go to the police about it. In our apartheid society it's simply OK for women to physically attack men and she obviously just enjoys it.

If there was some sort of mutual institution (eg school) you both are associated with you could take the matter up there. Or you could try talking to your "friend" about it but it seems likely they'd just laugh at you so that's why suggest you just go to ignoring that person too.
