The tough thing about this issue is that it it is a biological anomaly. Only biofemales can carry a baby, so they are the only ones who can, by definition, engage in abortion services as a patient. But this affects men as well in the sense that a) a man may now be forced to pay for or be involved with a pregnancy he does not want or b) if the man and woman agree on abortion, this will no longer be available except through dangerous illegal means. A Supreme Court that is run mostly by traditionalists is in the position to enforce traditional gender roles by government force, and that's really scary from my way of thinking. The problem is that the Left is too fragmented and poorly organized at the moment to be a coherent alternative that can win politically and appeal to every gender group.

This is great news.

Somehow, Feminism tore up the basic family unit and steered the conversation away from what was good for the society, to a very misandrist-concept of female liberty. As a side-effect, men have started demanding the right to paper / financial abortion, which is logical. The sad part is that as a society we forget that sex comes with risks and parents have responsibilities towards the unborn child, who is in no way at fault, yet the victim of an abortion.

if we take what human values as base line, which is bodily autonomy as in decides what happens to body.

you can see how abortion is an important right, it is healthcare, because without it a human will be forced to have their body change and hurt and in the end have another human to deal with. If this isn’t something they consented to then their right to bodily autonomy is taken away.

humans who don’t have the threat to experience this already have that right. hence abortion is giving back rights to those who are under threat of this right being taken away (people with a uterus). when abortion is taken away, those people (women for simplicity sake) lose a right.

now you may say “but what about circumcision, bodily autonomy taken away”. yes circumcision also removes the same right that abortion gives.

Also along with cosmetic intersex surgery on infants, not providing transgender affirming health care.

So there are problems overall with human rights being respected in various domains. It is kinda pointless to think of it as men’s vs women’s rights since humans are not binary anyways and rights won’t be binary anyways. It’s not one or the other.

Abortion is a man’s right too because transgender men can have a uterus so can get pregnant and not want it. That can be a very very traumatic experience for a transgender man.

Assuming that you're talking only about USA, there are many positions in different religions to which women can't obtain (Elder for Jehovah Witnesses, presidents, priest, etc, for Mormon, deacon, priest, etc for Catholics), also only men are allowed into some mountain of sorts (Only male creatures to be more specific), ~~will have to google which the name~~ Mount Athos is the name.

Adding, abortion is a right for males too (If they could get pregnant that is) and now with the whole trans thingy going on you could say that men (T-men to be more specific) can benefit from having access to abortion.
