I’m an adult and adults with decorum and self confidence don’t discuss these things, and I don’t date strangers. Everyone in my social, academic, and professional spheres something about one another including the basics about our past lives and adventures.

Besides, I consider it my job to make sure the man I love forgets all about the women in his past.

Neither I feel no need to brag but I am not at all ashamed, I also have little interest in a man’s body count, I’m far more interested in how he acts in the here and now, how well we connect etc.

OP, I think you’re conflating things that… well, they’re not mutually exclusive, but they don’t necessarily go hand-in-hand.

I’m 30 years old. I’ve slept with a lot of people, and I’m proud of some, ashamed of others. Less to do with the people than what I’ve taken away/learned from the experience.

I’ve loved two people - my partner, and my ex. I learned a ton from my relationship with my ex, and we are still friends today. I am proud of that relationship, if not all of my behaviour during it.

I talk about sex or my sexual experiences when appropriate. I do not when inappropriate.

I am proud of the person I am today, and I am the sum of my experiences (+ sugar, spice, and everything nice).

well i never had sex or a gf and while im not exactly ashamed of my past i dont think it's something to be proud of
