I am seeing two women. Let's call the first one Sarah.

I am 37years old, 5ft 7inches tall, in decent shape and I make good money. Sarah is 26 years old, very attractive, thin, and about 5ft 9 inches without heels. She does 99% of the texting and calling. She is very laid back, and fun to hang out with. We smash about twice a week depending on how busy I am with work and plans with the other girl. Things are going great, except for one thing: She is always late to our dates or when we are hanging out. I work in finance, so I am a very straight-laced, orderly type of guy. I like being punctual to events.

She is the complete opposite. She is always late, and generally very disorganized. For some reason, that just bothers me. Last weekend she was 30 minutes late to our date and I told her it was not cool to be late and she just brushed it off and made up excuses for why she was late. She always calls me at the time of our reservation to say she is running late, and even though I appreciate the call, it still doesn't make up for the fact that she is late and has been consistently late.

Question: She is coming over on Sunday. My thought is that if she calls me to tell me she is running late, I should just tell her something with work came up and I need to cancel the date. I guess my question is whether that is the right response. Any thoughts or suggestions on how to think of this situation would be helpful.

Second girl. let's call her Mary.

Mary is 33 years old. She is about 5ft 4 inches tall and very thin. I met her at my church 3 years ago and we have hung out in group settings at church countless times. I don't remember why I never asked her out because she is attractive and pleasant to hang out with. I asked her out 3 weeks ago and we have been on 2 dates so far. Given my work schedule and the other girl(Sarah), I try to hang out with each of them once or twice a week depending on how busy I am with work. We have not smashed yet.

I invited her over last week for dinner at my apartment and she countered my offer with a suggestion that we should go out instead. She said she is not coming over to my apartment because she doesn't know me well enough. I replied that the forecast of the weather is not great(we live in the midwest) and that I prefer we hang out at my place and chill. She countered and suggested we go out. At this point, I told her to let me know if she changed her mind and I walked away.

She has initiated almost every interaction I have had with her. Meaning, during church services, he comes and sits with me. During church events, she always comes and sits with me or sits where am sitting or hanging out. She has plenty of friends but somehow always comes and joins me wherever I am at. It's like she intentionally puts herself in my orbit.

Question: Should I let this go? or should I wait and ask her out again? Any thought or insight would be much appreciated.

Thanks
