When I used Tinder I never bothered filling in the bio because a) No one reads them anyway. Women are 99% visual and being honest they're rarely interested in anything we have to say anyway.

And b) Bios are almost always cringy. They hinder more than help in 99% of circumstances.

I just put a few emojis and my Instagram handle. Worked fine. Least effort possible for maximum result, work smart not hard etc

When I look at my guy friends bumble or hinge accounts, most of them are cringe worthy and they suck. Once we redo them, they get a lot more matches.

I don't really go for anything over the top in my bio, and just had this one simple joke at the end. I just like to describe my interests so people get a decent idea of me. I avoid being negative or demanding in bio/prompts.

I haven't really given much time towards OLD recently (months) because it was just really not worth the time and effort, and I'm working more on IRL approaching and believe that you get more attention from an in-person introduction (vs mindless swiping on an app) and it also seems like there's a wider range of people than OLD.

I still struggle with anxiety, but when I do push myself to to through with it I can get numbers of single women my age with decent success, and not fake numbers even, but they usually will flake after some back and forth texting, or just have not much interest in actually meeting up again right from the start. Which makes sense considering that other people have their own lives that take priority, but is still uninspiring that things haven't worked out yet.
