I’m very nervous about this divorce. Wife wanted it after 13 years. Two kids 12,6. She has signed and I’ve filed. She wants to leave back to her country. We live In Missouri state. She’ll let’s me keep, the house with me cash buy her out for 45k, i keep my rav4 30k, she’ll keep kia 07 5k.

I keep my 3 bank accounts, she’ll keep her single bank account, she wants me to have full custody of my daughters, no child support, maintenance, alimony to one another, we won’t come after one another. This all has been signed and notarized and filed. We have a 30 days waiting period her in Missouri. This is a lopsided agreement she knows but she wants to leave us and wants me to have it bcs my both knees are not doing well from working so hard for a living all my life. My house worth 220k but she’s ok with 45k check to her. I’m just nervous about the courts decision or the judge. Now, we are in agreement and aware of things. This case has been filed as an uncontested divorce by an uncontested attorney who hasn’t sided anyone of us. It’s our agreement. Should i be worried? I’m actually depressed and very disappointed about the whole situation. Why would any judge come between us or force anything if we have signed and agreed? I don’t wanna call this off and go to a contested lawyer and pay 4 to 5k when I can just pay à uncontested lawyer 1200 with filling fee to write this up. What the hill should I do? I’m freaking out it’s been 3 days since we’ve filed. Thx and my daughters don’t know yet.
