Yet another example of the sexist pig judges in the UK applying the law differently, depending on the sex, race and sexual prefernce of the complainant and accused. It's very clear that in the UK, misandry is out of control, and has become an entrenched culture in the courts. This is the real reason data for crimes based off sex is so skewed. Men are far less likely to press charges on women offenders, often get humiliated if they do and faces more roadblocks when trying to get justice.

Women punches man, he isn't physically hurt and blows it off. Man pushed women, she isn't hurt physically either but mentally she has to retaliate somehow.
