The detractors obviously care very little about their relationship, except to see if they can ruin it. It has nothing to do with gender roles. They are so caught up on the resemblance to the joke where women are told to "go into the kitchen and make me a sandwich" that they forgot that a solid relationship is centered around giving.

A woman making some food for a man is not subjugation if it her choice to do so. They are certainly trying to subjugate him to their belief system. I think that many feminists have forgotten that the struggle of their predecessors was about women's right to choose, yet they seem to have interpreting it as women should not be able to make choices if they somehow line up with what they think used to be traditional.

That is the thing about freedom of choice. Sometimes you choose to do something that may have been forced upon others in the past, and sometimes you choose to do something that is opposite of what was forced in the past. That is what choice is about.

Good for them though, at least the couple's blog is giving them some attention, and perhaps revenue. Of course, that is the real reason that these feminist are making noise about this, because they want to get some of their own blog money out of it.

This is what I don't understand. As a man I'm not only supposed to do the housework, but I am still supposed to do "manly" jobs such as car repairs, yard work, etc. Feminists have no problem with this arrangement and encourage it. If a woman is asked to do cooking, house keeping, etc. they explode.
