Know this will get me down votes, but, he did everything he could possibly do to get the show cancelled due solely to his anger at Kate. Sure Kate was a bitch, but he somehow didn't understand that if the kids had no show to support them, than he would have to do it. I suspected he was an idiot when after participating in several seasons of the show, he gets kicked off the show, than he suddenly decides that the cameras were bad for his children and he wanted them to have a normal life without cameras...

Well what did he expect? He has eight kids, and cheated on his wife. Infidelity is a bitch, especially when it comes back to bite you in divorce court.

Edit: Yes, Kate was a bitch from I watched of the show. But cheating on her was a nail in the coffin that he's now buried in.

To be fair, I have a hard time feeling terribly sorry for him. He did cheat on her when they had that many children.
