This kind of shit is nothing short of hatred.

This would be the equivalent of saying that we need to knock down some homeless shelters for women because there aren't enough for men, as opposed to making more for men.

Men shouldn't be held back from taking part in activities that they enjoy just to give the opportunities to women instead, who don't even enjoy it as much. You should suggest to your teacher that your school have a day where the girls clean and tidy the school because there aren't as many women in sanitation, I'm sure she'd be ok with that one too.

If this is a school in the US you have a legitimate Title IX violation. Like, the real, original TIX, not the "this suddenly is about sexual assault" TIX.

Get your education, don't get involved in their crap and get ahead... They will lose their best years, learn absolutely nothing productive and get crap in life, even if now they are rich...

Regardless what they say and do, fallow your passion, educate yourself even if they refuse to do so, get ahead the game. You have an opportunity as you are young to really absorb massive ammounts of informations and knowledge, to experiment various fields and to easily understand all kinds of topics.

Don't waste your time on politicis, feminism or any other crap. Be focus on what you want. If you want IT go for it and don't look back or to anyone around.

A quick reminder to all young men and boys: most IT skills and knowledge comes with practice not by reading books and getting into boring IT classes...

Practice by yourself, build apps, games, software... get the tools, get the tutorials, join groups and forums... learn by doing, that is the best way to learn.

And the rest, let them screw their lives using their parent's money... not your problem.

I think you need to be very forceful and clear: Hate ideology has no-place in education. You wouldn't allow the KKK to be present in school and neither should hate and bigotry based on gender rather than race. Allowing these people to get an unchallenged foothold is the first step in becoming the next Evergreen debacle. If that doesn't scare your administrators I don't know what would.

One other thing, the pushes to "balance the ratio" only seems to go one way, they seem to really want women in IT and the hard sciences but there doesn't seem to be any effort put into getting men interested in teaching or nursing.

If you want to get into the girls IT class and you are a boy there is a simple solution.

Start wearing a skirt and declare yourself a girl. You won't have to get the surgery, just wear a skirt and bra and grow your hair longer. They won't be able to keep you out of the class because that would be politically incorrect to discriminate against the trans-gendered. And the great thing is you can be a girl but also declare yourself a lesbian, so you get to continue dating girls if you like. Liberal logic is great, once you figure out how to use it against them.

I would just talk to them and say that’s not right, and make a point by saying “while we are at trying to equalize the gender gaps, we should have some of our female students commit some crimes so we can send them to prison, since there are too many guys getting free food in prison, women deserve free food and shelter too inside a prison! It’s just not fair”

Even a "private" school in the US is probably accepting some federal money and therefore subject to the Civil Rights act guarantee of equal treatment in education (Title IX). But you can ask if that's the case.

I remember during my senior year of High School, all girls were invited to visit a nearby STEM College but none of us boys were welcome. I would have loved to go but since I'm a man I'm already predisposed to be interested apparently. Same thing happened at the college I went to, new students got to go on a trip to visit IBM, which is great, except only the female students were allowed to go, to the point where IBM said that they would not host the event if they allowed men to come. So fuck IBM to boot.

Is there another option to take the class? If they were offering multiple options for taking the class, and one of them was female only it might be okay, but to prohibit men entirely is a bit crazy...

It’s frustrating when people don’t strongly object to being treated poorly like this. I think part of the problem is that young people are very accustomed to being told what to do, to having their behavior restricted. When they are discriminated against they see it as just one more restriction.

Related but not related. According to the book I'm reading "The Campus Rape Frenzy", self reports of sexual harassment and/or rape rise proportionately with the status of the school.

Ivy League Schools have the highest self-reporting incidences in the country.

This is despite the number of actual confirmed cases of sexual harassment and/or rape being in line or lower with national standards.

In other words, expensive colleges tend to push the "women are oppressed" narrative. In turn, they experience the most reports of women being oppressed.

That sounds like the school you are at.

I see that you aren’t in the US, and i’m not familiar with international laws. But isnt there anti-discrimination laws in your country? In the US, we have a law that states you can’t discriminate or exclude someone from a class based upon their sex; which was designed to benefit women, but in recent times we’ve been able to use it in cases like yours. I don’t know if your country has a law like that, but it could be a good idea to bring it up.
